Kyle Rittenhouse Case: Donald Trump Supports Cop Blaster's Position

President Donald Trump weighed in on the Kyle Rittenhouse case with an opinion consistent with our conclusion that the Kenosha shooting was a self defense shooting. We have been following this case from the beginning and were one of the first websites to both identify Kyle Rittenhouse by name and say that he was defending himself (https://ift.tt/2EDh7Wg). We followed up that article with an in depth analysis of the Wisconsin self defense statue and the criminal complaint filed against Rittenhouse (https://ift.tt/31DJRHK). Our conclusion was that Rittenhouse had cause to believe that Joseph Rosenbaum was chasing him with the intent of causing him bodily harm, he exhausted all alternatives when he tried his best to run away, and only when Rosenbaum closed within a couple feet of Rittenhouse did Rittenhouse open fire out of fear that he would be seriously injured otherwise. During a press conference at the White House today President Trump said, "That was an interesting situation, you saw the same tape that I saw, and uh, he was trying to get away from them I guess, it looks like and he fell, and then they very violently attacked him and it was something that we are looking at right now and its under investigation, but uh, I guess he was I guess in very big trouble, he would have been killed, its under investigation." There is no other import from that statement but the President Trump agrees with CopBlaster.com that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self defense. We reached the conclusion that he defended himself not because we support one side this conflict. We saw a video of a young guy with a rifle running down the street, falling down, getting attacked, and firing on his attackers. We heard people in that video saying that he just shot someone, so we then sought out footage of that alleged shooting to see if that was really why he was being chased. Eventually we found footage showing what really happened at the car dealership. The video shows a 17 year old boy with a rifle running as fast as he could with a 36 year old convicted sex offender chasing him (https://ift.tt/2QpqQCq). No reasonable person could possibly conclude that Rittenhouse did not have good cause to believe that Joseph Rosenbaum intended to harm him. After we concluded that this unidentified kid with a gun was defending himself, we set out to figure out who he is. Eventually we found out that he was with a militia called the Kenosha Guard that went to Kenosha for the stated purpose of defending private property. Some time later we found out that the shooter is named Kyle Rittenhouse and Rittenhouse is a Blue Lives Matter supporter. At that point we were very disappointed because we realized that we just supported a self defense claim for a Trump supporter. We also realized that we could not reverse ourselves just because the self defense shooter happened to be a Trump supporter. CNN and other left leaning media outlets have since been flooding the nightly news and the internet with fake news full of smoke screens clearly designed to make any potential juror believe that Rittenhouse is evil. These smoke screens are full of irrelevant facts like Rittenhouse illegally possessing the gun, traveling from another state, and having beat up a girl last month (https://ift.tt/2ExTsXX). None of those things are relevant to the shootings in Kenosha except the beating of the girl, and that is only relevant because of how Rittenhouse was man handled by the boy after that. That video shows that Rittenhouse does not have the hand to hand combat skills necessary for him to have considered fighting Rosenbaum one on one a reasonable alternative to using his rifle. The fake news is just a character assassination campaign intended to convince the public that this case is about fighting fascism and white supremacy. This fake news is totally inappropriate because the alleged fascist in question is not a white supremacist. No evidence supports the claim that Kyle Rittenhouse is a white supremacist. You cannot justify putting that jacket on someone just for supporting Donald Trump. You cannot conclude that someone planned in advance to go to Kenosha and provoke people for the purpose of claiming self defense after shooting them based on the real evidence in this case. Just because someone is a member of a militia, promotes Blue Lives Matter, and supports Donald Trump does not mean that they are guilty of murder. #kylerittenhouse #donaldtrump #josephrosenbaum #kenoshaguard

Matt Mullis Claims to Have Reported Kenosha Guard Members to the FBI

We just happened to come across a Facebook post in a group called Whites4BlackLives by Matt Mullis the other day in which he claimed to have reported someone associated with the Kenosha Guard to the FBI as a potential domestic terrorist for defending Kyle Rittenhouse. The man he reported goes by the name Damon Sauer and the statement of his that Mullis claims to have reported to the FBI reads as follows: "Matt Mullis we went to protect businesses. He is legally allowed to do that. On the way he was attacked by armed people - self defense" - Damon Sauer We are members of the Whites4BlackLives Facebook group because we are literally whites for black lives. We are big supporters of Black Lives Matter and their fight against police misconduct. We believe that if the laws were changed to prevent black people from being mistreated by the police that it would have a trickle down effect benefiting everyone. We are not however whites for snitch lives, which is why we do not support snitches that legitimize the police by seeking their help even if the people they are snitching on are pro-Trump Back the Blue types. Mullis has since posted a follow up in which he claims that the group has been infiltrated by white supremacists and that the people he snitched on have been sending him pictures of his kids, but he admits that his Facebook profile is public when he says it should be private (https://ift.tt/2G8MGYQ). According to Mullis' Facebook page, he currently works at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, Georgia. Mullis claimed to have encountered Sauer in a group for Gulf War veterans, so Sauer was probably a comrade in arms with Mullis at one time. That means that Mullis ratted out a fellow Gulf War veteran. What kind of veteran rats out his fellow veterans? #mattmullis #kylerittenhouse #damonsauer #kenoshaguard #fbi

Michael Reinoehl's Sister April Reinoehl Told on Her Own Brother

April Reinoehl, the 36 year old sister of Portland shooting suspect Michael Reinoehl was mentioned by the mainstream media as having called the cops on someone she described as a threatening caller and helping police identify her brother from images of the shooting. According to news reports she received a threatening phone call early this morning saying that her entire family would be in danger if she did not turn over her brother. She reported the threat to the Sandy Police, went online, recognized her brother in videos/screenshots of the shooting, and called Portland Police to let them know it was him. She went on to attack her brother's character in the press by saying that Michael has been estranged from the Reinoehl family for at least three years. She also called him an impulsive and irrational person that stole their mother's seizure medication, has a lot of debts, and uses addresses of family members to throw off debt collectors. She also spoke out against violence and claimed to have friends on both sides of the aisle. Sounds like the biggest problem that Michael Forest Reinoehl has with his family is having a snitch for a sister. What kind of person sells out their own brother for the sake of public appearances? Certainly not someone we would want in our family. Anyone that really cares about their family members does not bad mouth them to the press or give their information to the police, especially if they might be wanted for anything serious. #michaelreinoehl #aprilreinoehl #jaybishop #patriotprayer

Dominic Black Snitched on His Alleged Friend Kyle Rittenhouse

Dominic Black was named as in informant in the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting case by Kenosha Police Department (KPD) Detective Benjamin Antaramian. A probably cause statement filed by the Kenosha County District Attorney's Office (KCDA) contained the following statement: "Detective Antaramian spoke with Dominic Black on August 26, 2020. Dominic stated that he received a phone call from his friend Kyle Rittenhouse, the defendant, at 11:46 pm in which the defendant stated that he shot someone. Detective Antaramian saw the defendant in person at the Antioch, IL Police Department and identified the defendant as the shooter in the various videos." Rittenhouse obviously considered Dominic Black to be a good enough friend to be the first person he called for help after killing Joseph Rosenbaum, but unfortunately for Rittenhouse that trust was misplaced. Any real friend would not tell the police that you confessed even if the cops can prove that he called you at that moment. The right approach to take in such cases is selective recognition. By using selective recognition you can tell the police that you do not recall what the conversation was about and because no one can prove if you were lying unless you admit to lying at some point you should be just fine. Black showed that the quality of his friendship is poor. The video below shows the latest round of character assassination in the Rittenhouse case. Rittenhouse can be seen defending his sister after she got into a fight with a bigger girl by punching that girl no differently than he would a boy or maybe not since when boys intervened he got man handled. People say it is never alright for a man to hit a woman, but another way of looking at that Rittenhouse was supporting cultural Maxism by treating her equally. Rittenhouse demonstrated a total lack of hand to hand combat skills that better supports his self defense argument in the shooting case because obviously he had no reason to believe that he could defend himself in a straight up fight with anyone. The narrator identifies the man in the white shirt and glasses as Kyle's friend Dominic in Kenosha. We believe that this is the same Dominic that told on Rittenhouse after the shooting. The girl Rittenhouse punched has been identified as Elaina Cummings. From the look of things it seems that she may have snitched on Rittenhouse over this fight. #dominicblack #kylerittenhouse #benjaminantaramian #elainacummings

Patriot Prayer Member Jay Bishop Shot by Michael Reinoehl?

Jay Bishop of Patriot Prayer was shot and killed in downtown Portland, Oregon near the Justice Center in what appears to have been a self defense shooting earlier tonight. Michael Reinoehl has been named as the suspect by several unconfirmed online sources including one that appears to match an image of the shooter filmed earlier tonight with pictures of Reinoehl that show a matching tattoo (https://ift.tt/31HYGJ2). Assfault Pirates captured part of the incident on their live stream and was originally reporting that a person of color in a red car fired three shots, one man was down, the man down was not moving, and was last seen in an ambulance (https://twitter.com/EricWasserman1/status/1299921732594053122). The red car may have been a Dodge Charger, but after reviewing video from other angles we have concluded that the red car was not involved and the shooter was a man in white clothes the we believe could be Caucasian named Michael Reinoehl. After analyzing the original stream of this shooting from Facebook at https://ift.tt/2QCFAOm and adding a clip from it embedded below, we believe that it shows the dead Patriot Prayer guy spraying something at the shooter. We also believe we hear a brief spraying sound before the first shot. If that is pepper spray than this is a self defense shooting. This Tweet contains a screenshot of the blur we believe to be a type of spray coming from Bishop before the first shot (https://twitter.com/CopBlaster/status/1299977693287477248). The un-identified Patriot Prayer member has died according to the Multnomah County District Attoreney's Office (MCDA) (https://twitter.com/MultCoDA/status/1299929181694771201). This photo of Bishop from a different angle clearly shows a Thin Blue Line flag on his shorts (https://twitter.com/stillgray/status/1299944855095787521/photo/1) and The New York Times is reporting that he was wearing a Patriot Prayer hat (https://ift.tt/3gHYLku). The video shows only two shots and not three as originally reported. A photo of the deceased has surfaced from earlier in the day, According to Portland Tribune reporter Zane Sparling, he refused to be interviewed but the guy with him said they were there to stop people from attacking people, they also had paintball guns and knives (https://twitter.com/PDXzane/status/1299850435071627264/photo/2). UPDATE: This article is currently being rewritten to better document our belief that the shooter was defending himself from an attacker armed with pepper spray or bear mace. UPDATE: We have updated this story to confirm the name of the deceased as Jay Byron Bishop UPDATE: Additional footage shows that a Black Lives Matter protester and an Antifa medic tried to help Bishop after he was shot https://twitter.com/CopBlaster/status/1300199556840210432 DISCLAIMER: We believe that Michael Reinoehl might be the shooter based on photos we have seen online where the shooter appears to have a tattoo like one Reinoehl is known to have, but are not certain. Shooting in Downtown Portland, One Man Down and Possibly Dead

A man was just shot in downtown Portland, Oregon near the Justice Center within the past hour. He is believed to be dead. Assfault Pirates captured part of the incident on their live stream. Assfault Pirates is reporting that a person of color in a red car fired three shots, one man was down, the man down was not moving, and was last seen in an ambulance (https://twitter.com/EricWasserman1/status/1299921732594053122). The red car may have been a Dodge Charger. This does not appear to be a self defense shooting like the one in Kenosha earlier this week. This appears to be an unjustified drive by shooting. Nothing else is known to us at this time. We do not know if the shooter or the victim was connected to Antifa, Black Lives Matter, or Proud Boys. This shooting follows a giant caravan of Trump supporters that drove through the city to support President Donald Trump. Things got heated at times and at one point protesters tried to block the road and Trump supporters drove right through them (https://twitter.com/AWKWORDrap/status/1299914640969871361). We do not know if these events are connected. Another possibility is that this could be gang related. The car was red and there are a lot of Bloods gang members in the Portland area. Race has nothing to do with us not supporting a self defense theory in this case. The Kenosha shooter being white and the Portland shooter being a person of color is pure coincidence. UPDATE: We found footage of the shooting and embedded it below #portlandshooting #antifa #blacklivesmatter #proudboys

Facebook Blocks Searches for Kenosha Shooter Kyle Rittenhouse

Facebook has blocked users from searching for the name of Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse. Whenever anyone goes to Facebook and types in the name "Kyle Rittenhouse" without quotes they get a message that says "We couldn't find anything for Kyle Rittenhouse." Not only is that statement a flat out lie, it represents a dangerous threat to free speech. Kyle Rittenhouse is one of the most talked about subjects on Facebook right now. There is no way that Facebook can't find anything about Kyle Rittenhouse. Obviously Facebook has chosen to suppress information about the shooter by misleading users into thinking that no information exists. Due to Facebook's near monopoly and enormous market share in the social media industry this suppression act presents a clear and present danger free speech. Facebook has been getting a lot of heat for doing nothing wrong. They allowed a group called the Kenosha Guard to operate a page and hold an event for the purpose of lawfully recruiting for their militia. That is a lawful activity protected by the First and Second Amendments. The First Amendment clearly states that Congress shall make no law "abridging the freedom of speech," but unfortunately that does not extend to prohibiting Facebook from enacting policies that abridge the freedom of speech on their platform. The Second Amendment clearly states "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The Kenosha Guard has every right to peaceably assemble a militia. Any Facebook policy against such activity constitutes unnecessary censorship. Facebook is in no way responsible for the actions of the Kenosha Guard because Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) makes service providers like Facebook and Cop Blaster immune from legal liability for the conduct of their users. We are under no obligation to moderate content for anything other than unlawful content. Facebook goes way too far by attacking lawful content for the sake of public relations. It has gotten to the point that alternative social networks are needed for people to exercise free speech without being obstructed by Facebook. Facebook should apologize to the Kenosha Guard and re-publish their page. According to Stat Counter, Facebook's market share is 74.17% (https://ift.tt/3lrC73v). That domination of the social media market puts Facebook in an important position. It also makes it a public good in our opinion that should be prevented from obstructing free speech. Donald Trump attacked Twitter earlier this year by attacking the CDA for the purpose of stopping them from censoring his Tweets (https://ift.tt/2AjSvQu). That is the wrong approach to the censorship problem. The right approach is to ask Congress to regulate social media companies that have a dominant amount of market share to make sure that they do not obstruct Constitutionally protected speech. That would effectively preserve Facebook's CDA immunity and put a stop to the censorship of protected speech for political purposes. The idea that Facebook is somehow culpable in the self defense Kenosha shooting is outrageous. People are just exploiting this for the purpose of suppressing speech that they do not like. This is a dangerous road to go down with the potential to block people from researching any issue that Facebook or any other dominant internet platform does not want them to see. Because this is being done by private companies instead of the government, the potential for an Orwellian future is greater. Companies like Facebook are making themselves an essential component of almost everyone's life and that gives Facebook the power to control them in ways that the government can't. If you don't submit to their control then you are denied access to their platform and the fear of losing access to essential platforms essentially forces people to submit to the government of those platforms. We need new laws to stop social media giants from using their positions to control us. Fortunately, there are a couple ways to get around Facebook's block on "Kyle Rittenhouse" queries. You can search for "Rittenhouse" or "Rittenhouse Kyle" and find plenty of information about Kyle Rittenhouse. If those searches get blocked you can go to Google and search for "Kyle Rittenhouse" on "site:facebook.com" by typing in the query "site:facebook.com kyle rittenhouse" without quotes. #kylerittenhouse #facebook #censorship #kenoshaguard

Carli McNeill Targets Teen Boy for Defending Self from Sex Offender

Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Carli McNeill targeted an underage boy this week with a charging document accusing him of several crimes including murder for defending himself from a convicted sex offender known for sexual abusing minors. On August 26th an underage boy was in Kenosha hoping to live out his boyhood dream of being a cop by riding along with civilians that had volunteered to help defend private property from looters when convicted sex offender Joseph Rosenbaum attacked him for reasons unknown. Rosenbaum was convicted of having sexual contact with a minor in 2002 and served several years in the custody of the Arizona Department of Corrections before being required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. It is not clear what role if any Rosenbaum's sexual deviancy played in his decision to attack 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse of Antioch, Illinois. Rittenhouse tried to run away as fast as he could, but Rosenbaum charged at him like a rabid animal and never gave up his pursuit. Eventually, Rosenbaum closed within feet of the boy and was shot in the head. After continuing to flee on foot, a group of people pursued Rittenhouse down the street, and pounced on him after he fell to the ground. At that point he opened fire in self defense and killed 26 year old Anthony Huber after Huber tried to hit him with a skateboard. A man that had pulled a gun on Rittenhouse was shot in the arm and seriously wounded. Rittenhouse then walked away from the scene past police after flashing a secret hand sign at them, so he was obviously working with the police on some level. We are not aware of Rittenhouse ever assisting in any arrests, just that the police gave him water, and said "good job" when they saw him standing outside a building with his rifle earlier in the evening. Rittenhouse had come to Kenosha with a group called the Kenosha Guard for the stated purpose of helping defend private property from protesters that had looted and burned buildings on previous nights. The police essentially gave them their blessing only to have prosecutors throw Rittenhouse under the bus the second things got real. A criminal complaint signed in part by McNeill followed shortly, Rittenhouse was picked up at his home in Illinois, and is now fighting extradition. The complaint charges him with first degree intentional homicide for killing the sexual predator that accosted him. It also charges him with reckless homicide for killing Huber in self-defense and a few other charges including being a minor in possession of a firearm. Of those charges he is only guilty of being a minor in possession of a firearm and that crime is a misdemeanor. We reviewed the Wisconsin self defense statute and found based on the video evidence that he conducted himself within the conduct allowed by the statute (https://ift.tt/31DJRHK). Public records include the following information about ADA Carli Ann McNeill: CARLI ANN MCNEILL Most Recent Addresses: 36570 57TH ST BURLINGTON, WI 53105 2007 - Now 1661 30TH CT #620 KENOSHA, WI 53144 2019 - 2020 Owner Member ID: 1081400 Graduation Year: 2010 Languages: English Law School: Notre Dame Law School WI Admission: 09/23/2010 License Status: Good Standing Member Type: Active We are posting the above addresses for the same reason we have posted addresses of other prosecutors and police in the past, to encourage non-violent peaceful demonstrations at those locations. We usually dox pro-Trump cops but have no problem treating their anti-Trump colleagues just the same as them. We would love to see a peaceful crowd of pro-gun pro-Second Amendment protesters make themselves heard lawfully at those locations. We are willing to remove the address if McNeill drops all charges except the one that Rittenhouse actually is guilty of or if she withdraws from the case. #carlimcneill #kylerittenhouse #selfdefense #enemiesofliberty

DDA Angelina Gabriele Charges Teen for Defending Self from Rapist

Kenosha County Deputy District Attorney (DDA) Angelina Gabriele is charging a 17 year old boy for defending himself from a convicted rapist that attacked him earlier this week. Joseph Rosenbaum was convicted in 2002 of having sexual contact with a minor in Arizona, spent several years in prison, and was sentenced to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life (https://ift.tt/31DJRHK). On August 25, 2020, Rosenbaum attacked 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin for unknown reasons, Rittenhouse ran away as fast as he could, and when Rosenbaum closed within feet of him he was shot in the head. The incident was caught on camera and is clearly self defense, but despite that Gabriele charged Rittenhouse with murder. The story does not end there. The incident took place during a protest against the wrongful shooting of a black man by local law enforcement organized by Black Lives Matter and Antifa. When Rittenhouse went to check on Rosenbaum, called someone on the phone, and said "I just killed someone" a crowed began to gather and Rittenhouse ran away obviously fearing for his safety. A small group gave chase and kept screaming at other protesters to "get him" and "he just shot somebody" without telling them that he did it in self defense. As a result of false information, other protesters pounced on Rittenhouse after he tripped and fell. One of those people was also shot and killed (https://ift.tt/32zPnue). The second shooting was also caught on camera and the footage clearly shows that he acted in self-defense, but Gabriele charged him for that too. Rittenhouse is now charged with first degree murder, reckless homicide, and other charges including being a minor in possession of a firearm. Rittenhouse is innocent of all charges except the misdemeanor gun possession charge. Kyle Rittenhouse was by all accounts a wannabe cop bootlicker that idolized police officers and posted a lot of stuff online promoting the Blue Live Matter movement. Rittenhouse was obviously working with the police that night. He was allowed to leave the scene of the second shooting by flashing a special hand sign to the police. Police were also seen giving Rittenhouse and other members of the Kenosha Guard militia water while praising them for being there. Their stated purpose was to help protect private property, but we are not aware of them helping police arrest anyone. People are wondering why we would side with a blue backing bootlicker like Rittenhouse. First, when we first analysed the footage of the incident we had no idea who he was or who he was with, so we can't change our conclusion of self defense just because we find out who he was supporting; Second, we do not consider militias that are defending private property without helping the police put people in jail to be cops. We believe that if it were not for the government violating the Second Amendment that every American would be armed, would have the right to defend their property with lethal force, crime rates would plummet out of fear of those property owners, and police would not be needed for the most part. We are against wrongfully charging people with crimes they did not commit no matter what their political ideology is. We also have a little bit of sympathy for Rittenhouse for being a bootlicker due to his age. It is hard to find a boy in America that never thought it might be cool to be a cop someday, but eventually fail in his efforts to become a cop or just learns that there are better things he could be. Hopefully this experience teaches Rittenhouse that the police are not his friends because they set aside their laws when they wish. According to public records, Angelina C. Gabriele is a registered Democrat. Democrats are notorious for selectively prosecuting people they view as right wing and pushing gun control. We believe that Gabriele intends to make a political spectacle to advance her position in the Democratic party and hopefully use it as a stepping stone to advance her career. Democrats will want to use this as an excuse to circumvent the Second Amendment far beyond what the founding fathers would ever consider acceptable. Democrats will look for arguments that the founders could not have foreseen a set of circumstances and therefore those circumstances justify unconstitutional actions. When they do that and are successful they end up proving that the current government of the United States is not a legitimate government. Public records also contain the following information about Angelina C. Gabriele: ANGELINA C GABRIELE DOB: JAN-1970 AGE: 50 3504 108TH ST PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI 53158-4118 Wisconsin State Bar# 1025039 Graduation Year: 1995 Languages: English Law School: University of Wisconsin Law School WI Admission: 06/19/1995 License Status: Good Standing Member Type: Active We are posting this address for the same reason we have posted addresses of other prosecutors and police in the past, to encourage non-violent peaceful demonstrations at those locations. We usually dox pro-Trump cops but have no problem treating their anti-Trump colleagues just the same as them. We would love to see a peaceful crowd of pro-gun pro-Second Amendment protesters make themselves heard lawfully at that location. We will be sharing this article with people we known to be connected with militia movements and hope that they use it to plan protests in support of Kyle Rittenhouse. We are willing to remove the address if Gabriele drops all charges except the one that Rittenhouse actually is guilty of or if she withdraws from the case. #angelinagabriele #kylerittenhouse #selfdefense #enemiesofliberty

Anthony Huber Died Thinking He Did the Right Thing Due to Bad Info.

Anthony Huber died tragically earlier this week when he attacked Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Huber thought that he was attacking a murderer and was trying to stop him from murdering more people, but it turned out that Rittenhouse was defending himself when he shot convicted sex offender Joseph Rosenbaum just a couple minutes earlier. This is an example of what can go wrong when people spread bad information in sudden and emotionally charged situations. Huber was protesting police brutality in Kenosha when he heard gunshots, spotted a man with a rifle running down the street, and heard people say that the rifleman had just shot someone. People were yelling "get him" and running down the street like they were trying to stop a criminal. Huber had no way of knowing that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when he shot Rosenbaum. Huber was not present at the car dealership where Rosenbaum attacked Rittenhouse, so he had no way of knowing what really happened. Huber clearly thought that Rittenhouse was a danger that needed to be disarmed and tried his best to do what he thought was right. His death is a tragedy that never should have happened. We have been defending Rittenhouse on self defense grounds and a lot of people have taken offense to that (https://ift.tt/31DJRHK). One of the reasons people are offended by anyone defending Rittenhouse is that they feel it shows a complete lack of respect for the alleged victims and their families. That feeling in amplified when people point out that Rosenbaum was a convicted sex offender that received write ups in prison for throwing substances at guards that were most likely feces or urine (https://ift.tt/2QpqQCq). We have no respect for sex offenders and people that play with their poop or pee like Rosenbaum. We do not feel the same way about Huber. We have the utmost respect for Huber and his family because we believe that his heart was in the right place. We believe that had Rittenhouse really been what Huber thought he was that he would be a hero and arguably he just might be a hero because he thought he was doing the right thing. He did not have time to go back to the car dealership, ask what really happened, or review video to see if he had the right to incapacitate Rittenhouse. Unfortunately, Huber assumed the risk associated with taking on an armed man based on unverified information. That information turned out to be incorrect and because Rittenhouse exercised his right to defend his person from bodily harm Huber is dead. It is that simple. People really want to think that Huber died a hero and we think they can do that without crucifying Rittenhouse. They just need to focus on what was in Huber's heart when he died. #anthonyhuber #kylerittenhouse #selfdefense #antifa

Criminal Complaint Against Kyle Rittenhouse Describes Self Defense

Whenever a prosecutor knows that they have caught someone breaking a law red handed and decides to prosecute, they always stack the deck against them by charging them with every crime they think a grand jury is likely to indict them for. You've probably heard the saying "a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich." That saying stems from the fact that grand juries only require probably cause to charge someone with a crime, prosecutors are experts at making any act look like a crime in the eyes of grand jurors, and the defense is never present to call them out for lying. That is why criminal defendants are rarely convicted on ever count of an indictment. Usually they agree to plead guilty to just the crimes they actually committed or take it to trial and are found guilty of something that falls between total guilt and total innocence. If they plead guilty they get a lighter sentence and if they fight the charges they get more time. That is what Deputy District Attorney Angelina Gabriele and Assistant District Attorney Carli McNeill are obviously doing in the criminal complain they filed against Kyle Rittenhouse (see PDF link above this article). The complain charges Rittenhouse with the following: Count 1: First Degree Reckless Homicide Count 2: First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety Count 3: First Degree Intentional Homicide Count 4: Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide Count 5: First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety Count 6: Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Person Under the Age of 18 The only charge that Rittenhouse is guilty of is count 6, possession of a weapon by a person under the age of 18. The rest is all the result of using that weapon to defend himself when attacked. The left is arguing that because Rittenhouse illegally possessed the gun that he cannot claim self defense. They are saying that under Wisconsin law you cannot claim self defense if you are engaged in illegal activity. We have two problems with that argument; First, people do not forfeit their right to self defense just because they are committing a misdemeanor when they are attacked; Second, the Wisconsin self defense statute does not carve out an exception for people engaged in some minor criminal activity when attacked. Wisconsin Statute 939.48 titled "Self-defense and defense of others" reads as follows: "939.48(1) (1)A person is privileged to threaten or intentionally use force against another for the purpose of preventing or terminating what the person reasonably believes to be an unlawful interference with his or her person by such other person. The actor may intentionally use only such force or threat thereof as the actor reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or terminate the interference. The actor may not intentionally use force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm unless the actor reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself." In this case, Kyle Rittenhouse was attacked by a convicted sex offender named Joseph Rosenbaum. Rittenhouse tried to flee and only when Rosenbaum had closed within a couple feet of him did Rittenhouse open fire. That is textbook self defense under the above statute. Rittenhouse used force against another for the purpose of terminating what he reasonably believed to be an unlawful interference with his person. He used the minimal amount of force that he reasonably believed was necessary to prevent and terminate that interference. He intentionally used lethal force because he reasonably believed that such force was necessary to prevent imminent great bodily harm to himself. The same is true for the second round of shooting because in that case, Rittenhouse tried to flee, was chased by a crowd, fell down, and only when he was attacked on the ground did he open fire. That is self defense for the same reasons. The Wisconsin self defense statute does contain a clause that may appear to exempt people engaged in criminal activity from being able to claim self defense to the untrained eye, "939.48(1m)(b) (b) The presumption described in par. (ar) does not apply if any of the following applies: 939.48(1m)(b)1. 1. The actor was engaged in a criminal activity or was using his or her dwelling, motor vehicle, or place of business to further a criminal activity at the time." Leftists on social media are pointing to this as proof that Rittenhouse cannot claim self defense, but if you look closely it only exempts people engaged in criminal activity from the protections of paragraph (ar) which is an exemption from the requirement to flee. The statutes never say that you can't defend yourself while committing a crime, it just says you have the obligation to retreat if you are committing a crime. Even if Rittenhouse intentionally engaged in "conduct of a type likely to provoke" he did not waive his right to self defense because if that provocation results in an assault that would cause a reasonable person in Rittenhouse's position to fear great bodily harm or death, they still have the right to defend themselves. They just have the added duty to do all they can to flee and Rittenhosue clearly tried his best to run away "The privilege lost by provocation may be regained if the actor in good faith withdraws from the fight and gives adequate notice thereof to his or her assailant." The only situation where self defense does not apply is when "A person who provokes an attack, whether by lawful or unlawful conduct, with intent to use such an attack as an excuse to cause death or great bodily harm to his or her assailant is not entitled to claim the privilege of self-defense." Absent a confession specifically stating the premeditated intent to provoke a response for the purpose of justifying self defense by lethal means, it is almost impossible to prove such intent. We are not aware of any statements made by Rittenhouse in support of such a claim. Without a confession, the best the government could hope to find would be some snitch claiming to have heard him make such a statement. If you know of any such snitches please let us know so that they can be profiled on our snitch list (https://ift.tt/31qgtoy). There is also the possibility that the legality of that last section could be challenged since it prohibits people engaged in lawful provocative conduct from being able to claim self defense, but at the same time the premeditated provocation for the specific purpose of justifying self defense might be evil enough to uphold the statute. Upholding the statute would still come with a responsibility to make sure it cannot be applied to anyone that intentionally engages in lawful provocative conduct who then finds themselves forced to defend themselves, which is why the burden of proof needs be really high. The only part of these events where self defense might be a problem for Rittenhouse is at the end where he fired towards the crowd after he had already gotten up off the pavement and started leaving the area. We say might be a problem because if you look closely some people in that crowd appear to have started advancing towards Rittenhouse again and that volley appeared to be suppressive fire. Suppressive fire is a tactic taught in basic training to soldiers as a means to deter an enemy from advancing or at least making them take cover. We believe the last volley was not an attempt to shoot anyone, but an attempt to deter anyone from chasing him again. Under the self defense statute that last volley appears to be reasonable force for the purpose of deterring another attempted assault on his person. The criminal complain describes self defense in support of murder charges. That is absurd, but remember this is part of stacking the deck. The government will try their hardest to get Rittenhouse to plead guilty to some lesser set of charges that will probably include manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and possessing a firearm as a minor. They will scare him with the threat of a life sentence with the hope that he will agree to plead guilty to avoid that sentence. We hope that Rittenhouse has the courage to fight these charges and take this to trial because any reasonable judge or jury will find him not guilty of everything but the weapons charge. Unfortunately, it is extremely rare to find reasonable judges and juries in the system today. Judges tend to make rulings for political reasons along party lines and juries vote with their hearts with no regard for the law. A liberal judge will do all he or she can to deter anyone that exercises their Second Amendment rights from defending themselves if attacked by people they know will likely be highly offended by their conduct. One major reason for that is that judges realize that a lot of people, especially highly altruistic people, lack the ability to control their emotions in situations like the one Rittenhouse walked into. Liberal judges believe that they need to neutralize the ability of anyone that knowingly puts themselves in situations like Rittenhouse did from being able to defend themselves because they know that too many people will not be able to control their emotions and those people need to be protected from the consequences of their inabilities. Juries will often vote on whether or not the defendant could have prevented the entire incident and lack the ability to categorize irrelevancies as irrelevant. The prosecutors will paint Rittenhouse as someone that went to Kenosha looking for an excuse to shoot people and that he did everything he could to provoke a response that would give him that justification. If the jury believes that they too would have wanted to chase Rittenhouse, then they will want to do all they can to deter anyone they attack from defending themselves, so they will find him guilty. That is why it is necessary to find a reasonable judge willing to dismiss charges based on the technicalities of the law because if the judge gives an emotionally charged case to a jury, the jury will more likely than not reach a decision based on their emotions. Don't believe us? Look at the case of Jeremy Joseph Christian in Portland, Oregon (https://ift.tt/3g1Mesh). Before the statist right started calling us communists for supporting Black Lives Matter and Antifa protests against police brutality, Antifa types were calling us fascists for defending someone they labeled as fascist, and that person was Jeremy Christian. Christian was attacked on a Max train by an Antifa activist in 2017 for exercising his First Amendment rights in a way he knew most passengers would consider to be highly offensive. The Antifa activist threw him on the floor twice, told him to get off the Max, and in the process committed coercion by trying compel him to leave the train out of fear that he would be injured if he stayed on the train. Christian stood his ground, took out a knife, and slashed the throats of three men. We believed that Christian was not guilty of assaulting the first man on self defense grounds, possibly not guilty of assaulting the second based on self defense grounds, and guilty of manslaughter as to the third man because Christian himself told the founder of Cop Blaster that the third man did not do anything to him. We supported manslaughter instead of murder because Christian has a dual diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We believe he was honest with the founder of Cop Blaster when he told him that he was basically on auto-pilot stabbing at anyone he perceived as a threat before he had time to think about it, so to us that appeared to be textbook diminished capacity that lowed his state of mind to a state below that necessary to commit murder. The jury found him guilty on all counts because they cared more about whether or not he is racist than the law. By the time the case went to trail, the same liberal media outlets that are calling Rittenhouse a white supremacist had convinced the public that Christian was a white supremacist. Even thought the judge stated that she did not believe that Christian boarded the train with the intention of stabbing anyone, she still gave him the maximum sentences allowed by law. When a liberal jury thinks a defendant is a white supremacist that is usually enough for them to vote guilty if given the opportunity. If Kyle Rittenhouse's jury goes in there with their minds made up based on fake news then they won't care if he was defending himself. We of course are fully prepared to be falsely accused of being white supremacist fascists again just for insisting that the law be enforced to the letter equally. That won't stop us from defending radical leftists when the cops use excessive force against them, so we are of course prepared to be called communists by the right again. #kylerittenhouse #angelinagabriele #carlimcneill #selfdefense

Jacob Blake Paralyzed and Handcuffed to Hospital Bed

The Kenosha Police Department (KPD) has Jacob Blake handcuffed to a hospital bed even though he is paralyzed and will probably never walk again. If one were to ask the KPD, why? They would probably answer that it is standard procedure to handcuff detainees in the hospital to prevent escape and that the rules do not include exceptions for people that are physically incapable of getting away. That is how law enforcement works, they relay on a set of rules no matter how ridiculous they are, and only think for themselves when finding excuses to justify their own failures to follow those rules. As someone that was taken to the hospital twice as a detainee in Portland, Oregon I will write the rest of this article in the first person by comparing my experiences to what I have heard about Mr. Blake's hospital visit and what appears to be a future prosecution. In 2017 my left arm was brutally broken by Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Deputy Timothy Barker in Portland, Oregon. I had threatened to dox him, other deputies, and a member of the medical staff that turned out the be Deputy Barker's wife on this if website if they did not refrain from taking me to a disciplinary unit known as the hole (https://ift.tt/2xyKhT7). Their response was to take me to the hole, snap my let humerus in half, and leave me in agony after the supervising deputy said "I run this f*cking jail not you." Eventually medical came, said I had a broken arm, and called for an ambulance. If I recall correctly, my good arm was handcuffed to the stretcher and remained cuffed the entire time I was at the hospital. I was in far too much pain to pose any sort of threat to them, but that did not matter. They are obviously treating Jacob Blake the same way. The fact that Blake is handcuffed shows that he is in police custody and will most likely be taken to the Kenosha County Jail when he is discharged from the hospital. He will then be booked on some unknown charge, placed in a medical unit, and arraigned the next day. Why would the KPD charge a man that they had just shot 7 times and paralyzed for life? To cover themselves when Blake sues them. They need to get a conviction of some sort to justify using force against Blake and the legal system does not consider the amount of force used or the effects of that force during the guilt phase of a criminal proceeding. It is not until sentencing that Blake's lawyer can argue that what happened to his client should be punishment enough. I personally spent over a year in federal custody as a pre-trial detainee because the deputies responsible for breaking my arm falsely accused me of assaulting them. Unlike Blake, I did not have the benefit of video footage, so I had to wait for an un-rebutted expert witness report before I was offered a plea deal of time served. All I had to admit to was throwing spicy chips at the deputies. I never had to admit to anything that was not true or supportive of their claim that my arm was broken during a forced cuffing. Still, lawyers don't want to take my brutality claim because I pled guilty to a crime where the guy that broke my arm is listed as the victim. They think that the context of a criminal defendant suing the named victim of the case will not likely be a profitable venture. One lawyer told me that he could see a jury finding in my favor and not awarding me any money due to the doxing and the guilty plea. Blake is of course far more likely to be successful in court, but the police will still do all they can to get him convicted of something so that they can minimize the consequences of shooting him 7 times. They don't care if the end result is unjust if that result is better for them. One good thing that Blake has going for him as a detainee will be a complete lack of hospital bills for this hospital stay. I was fortunate not to have to pay any money for the medical care I received as an inmate. The quality of care at the jail was awful, but free. Even if the charges against Blake are dropped, he will still be considered a detainee, so the hospital bills will be paid by Kenosha County or the City of Kenosha. #jacobblake #racism #kenoshacountyjail #froedterthospital

So Called Kenosha "Victim" Joseph Rosenbaum was a Sex Offender

When we first defended Kyle Rittenhouse on self defense grounds we had no idea that he did the world a favor, but today we found out that the first guy he shot was a convicted sex offender. Joseph D. Rosenbaum was convicted of sexual contact with a minor in Arizona in 2002. We don't know the age of the child he molested, but whatever he did was bad enough to earn him a profile on the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry despite nearly two decades elapsing since his conviction. As the above screenshot shows he was subject to lifetime sex offender registration and was in non-compliance status. You might be wondering why an anti-cop website that advocates for convicts would advocate against Rosenbaum. It is because we only advocate for good convicts that do not have anything wrong their paperwork. Anyone with a history of sex crimes or snitching in their paperwork has bad paperwork, so we do not advocate for them. Child molesters are beyond redemption, so we sincerely hope that Black Lives Matter and Antifa cease and desist from providing Rosenbaum with any support in the future. It is not possible for a child molester to be a hero even if Rittenhouse had not been defending himself. If a convict had done a good job putting in work on Rosenbaum years ago he would have saved the life of the skateboarder that Rittenhouse also shot in self defense after he tried to hit him with his skateboard. This is a good example of why sex offenders get stabbed in prison. They get stabbed because men that are not beyond redemption see an opportunity to redeem themselves by protecting society from sex offenders. Will Anitfa want to make Rosenbaum a martyr so bad that they will tolerate someone with his history? The recent bailout of a sex offender in Portland suggests that they might (see https://ift.tt/30R7ISJ). Does this make Rittenhouse a hero? No, Rittenhouse is not a hero because he did not know that Rosenbaum was a sex offender when he shot him. Had he known and shot him for that reason he would be a hero. #josephrosenbaum #kylerittenhouse #antifa #sexoffenders

Kenosha Protester Shot in Self Defense by Kyle Rittenhouse

Kyle Rittenhouse, the armed man that shot and killed a protester in Kenosha, Wisconsin last night acted in self defense according to video footage of the incident. In the video below you can see a man with a rifle running away from a group of people, one of those people throws a something at him, the chase continues and only after the man catches up with him does he open fire. People are already trying to spin this on social media to make it look like the chase was in response to the second shooting, but that is not the case. That footage was immediately followed by this footage (https://twitter.com/DailyCaller/status/1298488431358758912) where you can see the foot chase down the street towards where the second shooting took place being, that chase continued as people yelled "get him" and "he just shot someone" until it appears that one of his pursuers knocked him down at which point he started shooting wildly at anyone he perceived as a threat (https://twitter.com/BGOnTheScene/status/1298502384654651392). We do not know much about Rittenhouse, but from social medial he looks like a wannabe cop and a Blue Lives Matter supporter. The Antifa and Black Lives Matter crowd will want to think that their guy died a hero fighting white supremacy, so they are likely to portray the shooter as a white supremacist militiaman that went there looking for an excuse to shoot black people. That could be the case. We know nothing about his views beyond the obvious fact that he likes the police. We do know that he was seen with a group of militia earlier in the evening and that group said that they were there to defend private property (https://ift.tt/31z4XXP). The Antifa/BLM crowd were clearly not happy to see them. The deceased was seen arguing with the militia at times. We do not know how things escalated into people chasing Rittenhouse. Whatever inspired the chase does not appear relevant at this point. The shooter was clearly defending himself. Was the second shooting justified? We believe that it was because of someone tried to hit him with a skateboard. In his shoes he had every reason to think that the crowd would try to kill him because he was outnumbered and someone tried to hit him with a weapon. There will be those that say he was shooting indiscriminately at anyone near him when he fell on the ground, but in a situation like that you can't be too careful when people are trying to smash your head in. We don't think he had time to figure out who was who and select his targets accordingly. This is not like when Jeremy Christian killed Ricky Best in Portland, Oregon because he felt threatened after another man shoved him to the ground repeatedly. Christian had no reason to think anyone was trying to seriously injure him, but Rittenhouse did. We did not know he was a wannabe cop until after writing this article. He looks like a puny little dude and that rifle literally saved him for a world of hurt. We don't support people showing up to back the police, but after already going out to figure out he was defending himself thinking he might be some shopkeeper or something we can't reverse ourselves just because he backs the blue. UPDATE: The shooter is believed to be a man named Kyle Rittenhouse. In this video he says "I'm Kyle by the way." https://twitter.com/tariqnasheed/status/1298548721152491521 It turns out he is one of those Blue Lives Matter people. We did not know that until just now. UPDATE: This article has been re-written after the video below made it clear that what was thrown at Rittenhouse was not a Molotov cocktail as originally believed. Turns out is was shiny and the light caught the shiny object at the right angle to look like fire from a distance. UPDATE: One Kyle Joseph Rittenhouse of Clinton, Wisconsin has a criminal history that includes operating a firearm while intoxicated. Kenosha Protester Shot in Self Defense After Throwing Molotov Cocktail

The armed man that shot and killed a protester in Kenosha, Wisconsin last night acted in self defense according to video footage of the incident. In the video below you can see a man with a rifle running away from a group of people, one of those people throws a Molotov cocktail at him, but the Molotov does not explode, so the chase continues and only after the man that threw the Molotov catches up with him does he open fire. As the images above show, you can see the flame both in the hand of the protester and on the pavement. We do not know the identity of the gunman at this time, but the whole world will know his name shortly and sadly he will probably be portrayed as some sort of monster. The Antifa and Black Lives Matter crowd will want to think that their guy died a hero fighting white supremacy, so they are likely to portray the shooter as a white supremacist militiaman that went there looking for an excuse to shoot black people. That could be the case. We know nothing about him and have only known of his existence for a few hours. We do know that he was seen with a group of militia earlier in the evening and that group said that they were there to defend private property (https://ift.tt/31z4XXP). The Antifa/BLM crowd were clearly not happy to see them. The deceased was seen arguing with the militia at times. We do not know how things escalated into people chasing the shooter with a Molotov cocktail. Whatever inspired the chase does not appear relevant at this point. The shooter was clearly defending himself from an armed assault and it was a proportional response given the fact that Molotov cocktails are deadly weapons. Was the second shooting justified? We believe that it was because of the Molotov cocktail. In his shoes he had every reason to think that the crowd would try to kill him because someone just had. Throwing a Molotov at a person is attempted murder. There will be those that say he was shooting indiscriminately at anyone near him when he fell on the ground, but in a situation like that you can't be too careful when people are trying to kill you. We don't think he had time to figure out who was who and select his targets accordingly. This is not like when Jeremy Christian killed Ricky Best in Portland, Oregon because he felt threatened after another man shoved him to the ground repeatedly. Christian had no reason to think anyone was trying to kill him, but the shooter in Kenosha did. UPDATE: The shooter is believed to be a man named Kyle Rittenhouse #antifa #blacklivesmatter #selfdefense #kylerittenhouse

Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey Named as Jacob Blake's Shooter

Several online media outlets have named Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey as the officer that shot Jacob Blake seven times in the back at point blank range over the weekend. Social media users had originally named an Officer Luke Reitruoc, but those claims appear to have been retracted. The video below shows what happened to Blake on August 23, 2020. Blake walked around the front of his car with several officers following him, then he opened to driver's side door, and entered the car. That was when a Kenosha Police Officer grabbed his shirt, stuck his gun a few inches away from his back, and shot him seven times. Blake was lucky to survive, but is now paralyzed and according to his attorney Ben Crump (https://twitter.com/thereidout/status/1298399975634763779). Crump says that it will take a miracle for Blake to ever walk again. Fortunately, Crump is one of the best civil rights lawyers in the country. If anyone has a chance to overcome qualified immunity in this case it is someone like Ben Crump. Ben Crump will have his work cut out for him. Attorneys representing Sheskey will claim that Blake was holding what looks like a possible knife in his left hand and that he could have been going for a gun in the car. They will argue that shooting Blake under such circumstances was within Sheskey's discretion as an officer. That might have had teeth if he only shot him once or twice, but not when he shoots him seven times. Any trained law enforcement officer knows the risk of shooting someone seven times and usually that risk is a substantial risk of death. How could this not be considered attempted murder? It is at a minimum the type of subjective recklessness that the Supreme Court had in mind when deciding what the deliberate indifference standard should be (https://ift.tt/2YAPXqj). There was a second officer with a pistol drawn when Blake was shot, but we are not sure if he fired any shots. It does not look like the second cop was pulling the trigger. If you look at the video you can see Sheskey's hand moving like he is shooting while the other's hand is not moving. Public records contain the following information about Sheskey RUSTEN T SHESKEY MALE DOB: MAY-1989 AGE: 31 1907 21ST ST, KENOSHA, WI 53140-1874 We advise caution in that area as Sheskey is considered armed and dangerous. Note that this is not the first public web page linking that address to Sheskey and this shooting. We ask that it be used for the purpose of peaceful protesting only and that you not so much as trespass on his land. #rustensheskey #jacobblake #lukereitruoc #bencrump #racism

Jacob Blake Video Shows Blake Shot in Back at Point Blank Range

This disturbing video shows Jacob Blake of Kenosha, Wisconsin brutally gunned down by police in front of his three children and other witnesses in broad daylight. Blake was lucky to survive being shot in the back multiple times at point blank range and he is still in the hospital. The cameraman claims to be traumatized. The children, all of which are less than 10 years old, will likely need years of therapy. We do not know who the officers responsible for this are at this time, but rest assured we will do our best to find out and when we do we will publish absolutely everything we can find out about them. This is just the latest of more brutal attacks on black men caught on camera this summer alone than we can count off the top of our heads. It was not too long ago when people did not have social media and smart phones with cameras to capture what police officers are really like. Police shooting people without justification is nothing new, but being able to prove it is. Videos like this are why people have been protesting for months and why we hope they will continue to protest as long as it takes to at least hold police accountable for doing things like this. Tonight the people of Kenosha took to the streets and somehow a probation office caught fire. That is how we learned of this. We originally hoped this was over people realizing that probation tries harder to find excuses to send people back to prison than helping them re-integrate into society, but then we saw this video. #jacobblake #racism #blacklivesmatter

Snitches From Both Sides Respond to FBI Snitching Form

Following a brawl between Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Proud Boys led by Alan Swinney, and Blue Lives Matter types in downtown Portland, Oregon this past weekend, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) posted a snitching form on their website. The FBI then tweeted a link to it that also said "FBI Portland is Seeking Information on Individuals Inciting Violence During First Amendment-Protected Peaceful Demonstrations." We do not know how many filled out the form with accurate information or who they are, but we have documented several Twitter users that used the comment thread of that Tweet to snitch on people. Whenever a law enforcement agency posts something on social media and asks for tips, responding to such posts with tips is the same as calling the police. In fact, it can be even worse because in addition to providing information they are also putting public pressure on the police to act on their tips. The same is true whenever anyone mentions a law enforcement account by putting an "at" symbol in front of their user name because when they do that the law enforcement agency mentioned will get a direct message from Twitter with a copy of the Tweet. It is the same as sending an email that is cc'd to a law enforcement agency. Sadly, it seems that although most of this summer's snitching has come from the conservative pro-police crowd, the most recent snitching seems be coming more from liberals that have been protesting the police. We are not sure which side started the brawl on Saturday. We saw people from both sides throwing stuff at one another at one point and things just appear to have escalated from there. We know that the Proud Boys answered Alan Swinney's call for "patriots" to come to Portland and came ready to fight. They felt emboldened by the fact that they were supporting Blue Lives Matter a.k.a. Back the Blue demonstrators, so the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) were not likely to crack down on them and they were right. Many believe that they were actively working with the PPB to coordinate the event, but we are not sure if that is true or if they just made sure the PPB knew they were coming. Letting the police know that your group will be picketing in the future and where is not snitching, in fact just doing that can make it easier to keep your people from being harassed, assaulted, or arrested by the police because officers are not caught by surprise. We are not aware of any arrests being made in connection with the brawl at this time. The PPB seemed content to let the two sides duke it out and that decision is a good sign that the protests have been working. Unfortunately, the "patriots" held their ground for a long time and smashed a lot of heads in the process, so now the left is calling for their arrests and in so doing are exposing the fact that a lot of their people are hypocritical snitches. One cannot be a legitimate anti-cop activist and a snitch or a snitch sympathizer at the same time. That is why we have singled out individuals seen at these protests that we know to have been cooperating witnesses for the government in the past (https://ift.tt/31I2zN9). Whenever you see someone go from cooperating witness to protester in cases involving polarizing political issues it is usually a sign that their opposition to the police only goes so far and they support the police if doing so serves them. That is why we have been skeptical of Antifa from the beginning of these protests because just a couple of months before they were working hand in hand with the police to put away Jeremy Christian (https://ift.tt/3g1Mesh). The election of a new district attorney with Antifa connections, while a significant improvement over the old one thus far, heightens our concern that Antifa is just a "hate crime" away from becoming blue backers themselves. Statements made by people in Antifa circles to us online in recent days indicate that a significant part of their movement is not above working with the police. Pdxsendfedshome (https://twitter.com/pdxsendfedshome/status/1297615971725672448) said ""I'll be a snitch all day idc. Lock up the alt right so they can't vote in November." Obviously he did not know that inmates awaiting trial can still vote in Multnomah County and if they could not that would raise the serious possibility that the government could suppress voters by fabricating criminal charges against them. Pdxsednfedshome later said he would be "Snitching because shooting Alan in the head woulda got me arrested." Statements like that and their past history are why have said that Antifa is not above going to the police if they feel they have no other recourse, especially if they view the person or persons they lack recourse against as right wing (https://ift.tt/31hBUHU). KWhit35 (https://twitter.com/KWhit35/status/1297613355486568449) said to us "I would happily help the police in certain matters while also criticizing them for others. I think the VAST majority of people feel the same." That is a clear example of why we suspect large segments of the Antifa movement to be snitches or snitch sympathizers. Snitches like lrmtrout who said of Swinney "I called him in and followed up when he paintballed me last week"(https://twitter.com/Irmtraut/status/1297312147391647744). The same may be true for Black Lives Matter (BLM) but as we have said in the past, we still believe that "members of BLM tend to be more gangster than Antifa for the most part." A couple days ago we highlighted a BLM member that posted a Tweet directed to [at]ChiefcLovell asking him to arrest Swinney and highlighting the fact that they arrest BLM members for nothing while turning a blind eye to Swinney (https://ift.tt/3j6l4lr). We have since redacted her name after a lengthy argument mainly because she said that her Tweet was made after the PPB had already issued a press release seeking information on Swinney and that because she has not done time she may not have know better, so we cut her some slack due to the fact that her Tweet seemed intended more to criticize disproportional policing than actually getting Swinney arrested. We did her a courtesy, but we still believe that highlighting him in that way is technically snitching and that if you were to take that to a shot caller on any active prison yard in this country he would call it snitching. At one point she criticized us for wasting energy on her instead of white nationalists, which seemed like just a smoke screen intended to imply that anyone that criticizes BLM when they could be criticizing racists must be racist. We fully expect similar smoke screens in the future, but to answer her question, we are an anti-government organization that focuses on law enforcement first and the snitches that aid them second, so obviously we are not going to waste energy on white nationalists when we could be criticizing government or the snitches that aid them, unless of course we use energy on a white nationalist that is also a cop, prosecutor, judge, corrections employee, or snitch. We will not extend that courtesy to people that post names and incriminating evidence on the FBI's Twitter threads or threads of other law enforcement agencies however because that goes beyond mere criticism with a mention. That is why we are uploading a PDF with this article containing full un-redacted screenshots just some of the snitching that we are talking about. Again, these snitches are from both sides. On the Left On the left we have 13 Twitter users that go by the handles SisterhoodTribe, downtym, Skel531, SharkHand1, annibute, LoMama81, xsyntryk1, AgruntSays, Addi_James, Trumpnado2016, LOUDANDCLEAR911, TotchosInABox, OPSVeracity49th, and SacredNeckbeard. LoMama81 and Skel531 are repeat offenders with at least two snitch Tweets each. The text of their tweets read as follows: "Troops for Trump would be a good place to start....who were joined by the Proud Boys." - SisterhoodTribe555 (https://twitter.com/SisterhoodTribe/status/1297625267914014723) her Tweet also included a picture of some Proud Boys. Allen Swinney. Hes been driving up to Portland to incite violence. Here he is pointing a firearm at people." AGrunt Says (https://twitter.com/AgruntSays/status/1297638134608535554) his Tweet also included a picture of Swinney. "Here is some using bear mace and trying to raise money with his videos." - Addison James (https://twitter.com/Addi_James/status/1297660735338639361) his video also includes a video of a Proud Boy using bear mace. "You can start with Alan Swinney [at]PermianEvents and the rest of the Proud Boys" - STOP tRumpnado (https://twitter.com/Trumpnado2016/status/1297637418208829443) this Tweet also included a picture of Swinney. "[at]FBI" TheCrusaderForTheWorld - (https://twitter.com/LOUDANDCLEAR911/status/1297630238671872001) his Tweet was mostly a picture of Swinney with some text that looks like a quote of Swinney calling BLM the n-word, but we don't know if he really did or not. "Look into [at]PermianEvents" - Nick Luca (https://twitter.com/nickluca12/status/1297635273551958016) his Tweet also included a picture of Swinney. Is this what you were looking for?" - Weak Anthropic Principle (https://twitter.com/TotchosInABox/status/1297627114548506624) also included a picture of Swinney. "Here you go....." - Operation Veracity (https://twitter.com/OPSVeracity49th/status/1297630630616997891) included a picture of a guy wearing a MAGA hat at the rally. "Yes, Amber Cummings and Alan Swinney organized a group of armed and dangerous individuals to riot on the streets of Portland" - Neckbeard's Eulogy (https://twitter.com/SacredNeckbeard/status/1297790648993460224). "Heres some proud boys attacking protesters yesterday and Cops just looking on and doing nothing. DO YOUR JOB!" - Skel53 (https://twitter.com/Skel531/status/1297657468475121667) included a video of Proud Boys and Antifa fighting. "Okay, Im done. If you really cared you go look on social media. The Whote Supremacy Groups are out their bragging, as are cops." Skel53 - (https://twitter.com/Skel531/status/1297659280825421825) included a picture of two Proud Boys. "This person attacked a member of the press." - LoMama *YouCan'tDefineMarxismCanYou (https://twitter.com/LoMama81/status/1297709239914225665) included a picture of a Proud Boy. "Alan Swinney" - LoMama *YouCan'tDefineMarxismCanYou (https://twitter.com/LoMama81/status/1297708021875785728) included a picture of Swinney. On the Right Like we said, most of the snitching from this summer's protests has come from the right. A good example would be the followers of Freight Broker Live (https://ift.tt/2P3q1yz). Unfortunately, the vast majority of the snitching we saw on the FBI thread came from the left. On the right we have 6 Twitter users going by the handles SealeTeam1, idiot_salad, PortlandBang, research_true, progone, and TotoughtodieAZ. "Here's a start..." - Sealeteam1 (https://twitter.com/SealeTeam1/status/1297636436594659328) his Tweet included multiple images that included social media accounts belonging to Antifa members. "Here's one. Not sure of appropriate pronouns." Azax Railgun.hodl - (https://twitter.com/idiot_salad/status/1297623669544325120) included a picture of an Antifa man at a protest. "That's Peter Wilson Curtis, identifies as male, oddly enough. I think he just dresses like that for the lulz tbh" Alyssa Vinsonhaler/Bang - (https://twitter.com/PortlandBang/status/1297624409868443653) a response to Azax Railgun.hodl that included the full name and mugshot of the man he was talking about. "Why have multiple pleas to [at]FBI [at]FBISeattle for the same thing being ignored? I was charged w/4 counts of Harassment after posting proof of Domestic Abuse on IG. By a Finance Firm w/ties to NYC." - TrueNorthResearch (https://twitter.com/research_true/status/1297648621202968578) her account is full of other examples of her trying to snitch on people. "[at]FBI [at]jack" - We the People (https://twitter.com/progone/status/1297668655531130881) included a picture containing the full name and photo of an Antifa member. "Trust me if I knew I would give up every disgusting individual involved. Police need to overwhelm them a few nights I a row and just grab everyone. Set a trap." Real Arizona - (https://twitter.com/TotoughtodieAZ/status/1297624568694059008) although not a post where he actually snitches, clearly words that only a snitch would say. Conclusion There are a bunch of whiny snitches on both sides. We hope that Antifa and BLM will clean their own laundry, but despite having plenty of time to do so in other cases they have not. It seems clear that they care more about fighting what they view as white supremacy than they do about fighting the police. So much so that they appear to welcome snitches in their ranks so long as the only people they snitch on are enemies of Antifa or BLM. #fbi #twitter #alanswinney #antifa #proudboys #blacklivesmatter

Portland Snitch Films Herself Snitching to the Portland Police

While poking around Alan Swinney's Twitter page today we found something really stupid. We found a video he posted that was actually some woman filming herself snitching on him. We don't know who she is, what her affiliations are, or exactly why she was downtown filming on August 17, 2020. If we had to guess we would guess that she was probably down there with Antifa to counter protest Swinney's "patriot" rally. Swinney is a redneck conservative from Texas that comes to Portland to cause trouble. He promotes himself as a Proud Boy and a Back the Blue Trump supporter. Swinney is not a cop and as far as we know he has never gotten anyone arrested by squealing. That doesn't seem like his style. He seems like the type that likes to get in peoples faces and see if he can provoke them into doing anything that would justify him beating them up. We don't like him or his Back the Blue buddies but we don't like snitches either. Anyone that goes to the police and tattles on someone for shooting paint balls, air soft guns, plastic balls, or rubber bullets at Antifa is snitch. Especially if that person claims to be anti-police. The anti-police community does not need snitches going to the police with information on people. That just gives people like Swinney ammunition to call out hypocrites because anyone that claims to be anti-cop while at the same time giving the cops information and asking them to work with them is a hypocrite. Rather than seek an outcome where you can say that at least you didn't need the cops to handle people like Swinney, you end up making it look like the police are not just needed but needed by the same people that are protesting them on a nightly basis. Any legitimate anti-cop activist would cringe at the though of speaking to a cop and do everything they could not to give them information under any circumstances. A legitimate anti-cop activist would be so ashamed of themselves just for speaking to the police, let alone doing what this woman did, that they would have trouble sleeping at night afterwards. Funny how this woman films this as if it proves police misconduct. This video shows that the protests are working and the police are butting out of people's affairs. The fact that they do not have the resources to lock people up over stupid fights is a good thing. This should be a cause for celebration, but instead the same people that have been fighting so hard to defund the police are now calling for their help. Right now the internet is full of snitches posting information on social media pages run by law enforcement agencies demanding that they arrest certain people. The people on the right are posting pictures of Antifa members and the people on the left are posting pictures of Swinney. In so doing both sides are proving that their ranks are full of rats. The rats on the right have been recording live streams and sending clips to the police for months. Now that counter protesters from the right have arrived in Portland, the rats on the left have started doing the same thing and defending their actions by saying that it is alright to snitch on people of certain ideologies. As if snitching on a white supremacist is not snitching. Nothing could be further from the truth. A rat is a rat and snitching is snitching. Whether the person being snitched on is communist, democrat, libertarian, republican, or a national socialist is absolutely 100% irrelevant. Nobody deserves to be in prison over these protests and we will not stay silent while anyone tries to put anyone in prison for political reasons. The need to protect everyone's right to free speech has never been greater. We do not agree with Swinney's speech, but we do agree that he has the right to speak. The right to speak and hopefully be ignored or get an earful of criticism. We were very concerned when Antifa and BLM protesters were banned from protesting as conditions of pre-trial release. We were afraid that such practices would only encourage selective prosecution for the purpose of shutting people up. We are concerned that the situation with Swinney may devolve into the same thing. We cannot allow the state to treat similarly situated people differently based on the content of their speech. If you have a giant brawl between two groups, then members of those groups are all similarly situated. Right now it looks like the Portland Police are soliciting help from the public for the primary purpose of building a case against Swinney. If they decide to prosecute just him and/or his people then that is selective prosecution. We are not saying that the other side should be charged, but what we are saying is that if one similarly situated person gets a pass then everyone should get a pass. #alanswinney #antifa #proudboys

Pettis County IT Director Luke Goosen Speaks Out Against Sheriff Bond

Luke Goosen Null has come forward to speak out against what he calls false accusations made by Pettis County Sheriff Kevin Bond against the IT Department. The link to Mr. Null's Facebook post was sent to us by a protest organizer close to the family of Hannah Fizer. Hannah was brutally gunned down by Pettis County Sheriff's Deputy Jordan Schutte on June 13th. We have been following the case and doing our best to seek justice for Hannah, even earning ourselves some threats from Sheriff Bond in process. We have verified through GovSalaries.com that Null has been employed with Pettis County (https://ift.tt/2ErIgLQ). Goosen's statement makes it obvious that Sheriff Bond did not act in good faith when body cameras were installed. It appears that the system was doomed to failure because the IT Department was never given the hardware required to operate the system correctly in the first place, Sheriff Bond was informed of this, and his response was to implement a makeshift solution that was nowhere near adequate, the system inevitably failed, and the Sheriff's Office did not have the software vendor re-install the software after the workstation was fixed. This is in contrast to statements that Kevin Bond gave the media in the days following Hannah's murder. Following the murder, Sheriff Bond told the media "we had data failure and we also had problems with the devices and those devices have not been replaced." According to Goosen, there clearly were no problems withe the devices, the devices do not need to be replaced, the data failure could have easily been prevented by giving the required hardware to the IT Department, and the IT Department was able to repair the system despite not having what everything they should have had. Bond also said that the devices had been in operation for "I believe nearly a year" when in fact it sound like that is probably not the case, but Goosen did not say exactly how long they were operating for. Bond also claimed that his office was seeking a grant to fund replacement body cameras even though according to Goosen, the cameras don't need to be replaced, and Sheriff Bond misled the public to believe that body cameras were not being used due to lack of funding. We believe that had Jordan Schutte been wearing a body camera that Hannah Fizer would be alive today or Deputy Schutte would be in jail due to undeniable evidence recorded by his body camera. See the video below for Sheriff Bond's explanation of the body camera problem. Luke Goosen's Facebook post reads as follows: In the aftermath of the recent Officer involved shooting by a member of the Pettis County Sheriff's office, there have been a number of inaccuracies being levied by Sheriff Kevin Bond as to the incidents and response in regards to his previous body cam system becoming inoperable. On numerous occasions, Bond has indicated that the Pettis County I.T. Department is in some way complicit in its inoperability. This could not be further from the truth. Throughout the unrest that followed the officer involved shooting, it became apparent that many of the officers were being targeted by outside individuals and were under an enormous amount of stress and pressure, as well as facing an onslaught of protestors. During this time, I felt it best to remain quiet as opposed to coming forward with the truth out of respect for these men and women and to ensure that an already bad situation was not further inflamed. As the Sheriff has previously stated, the cameras were purchased by his office at the end of a fiscal year using funds he had put together to purchase this system. It was not a purchase that was ever coordinated or planned in any way with anyone from the I.T. Department prior to them actually being purchased. Upon purchasing the cameras, a "required and recommended hardware" list was provided to me a short time before the install was to take place. At the time, we did not have the resources needed to properly house the body camera software, and more accurately, the space required to properly store, maintain and backup the footage once it was download. This was conveyed to the Sheriff. The Sheriff then in coordination with the body cam vendor agreed to install the body cam server software and a separately purchased, by the Sheriff, external hard drive on a spare workstation installed in the Sheriff's office. This workstation in no way was adequate to serve in this capacity. All software was installed by outside installers. The software when initially installed was configured incorrectly and dumped the camera footage directly to the onboard SSD drive in the workstation. After months of this, the SSD eventually failed, rendering the system useless. Whether or not the SSD failed due to the strenuous write and overwrite of camera footage cannot be know for certain, but it is something that is quite common to these types of storage systems. A workstation SSD is not equipped to be used in this manner. The I.T. staff worked to try and clone the system so it could be used without a complete re-install of the software, but were unable to do so despite our best efforts. The reason this was attempted was because we knew we would not be able to re-install the software on the replaced hard drive once it was put back into service, which we promptly did once we gave up on efforts to clone. I repeat, the workstation that the server software was installed on initially was fixed and returned to service. The Sheriff and a senior member of his staff were notified that we were unable to proceed any further at that point due to the inability of our staff to install the software due to restrictions placed on it by the vendor. At this point, the hold up became the Sheriff's office calling in their outside vendor for re-installation of the software. This was never done. Why, I do not know, but had the priority of the Sheriff's office truly been to make the system operational once again, there was absolutely no hold up in any way from either the I.T. staff, the County Commission, or the damaged hardware that was replaced by the I.T. staff. This was the last time the I.T. Department had any input or discussion regarding anything to do with body camera systems until after the recent incident in which I was tasked with working closely with the Sheriffs office and identifying a suitable replacement system and to ensure it was promptly purchased and installed. As of this post, it is my understanding that this system has been ordered by the Sheriff unless something has changed since he informed me it had been ordered. Furthermore, after working closely with the current County Commission, I take umbrage with statements that they are in any way to blame. Our Commission works hard in doing their best to provide all departments and offices with the tools those offices feel they need to do their jobs. My intention has always been to stay out of the political fray, and as an I.T. person, it has been largely easy to accomplish. This is the first, and hopefully the last, time I have ever had to produce a public statement in response to false information regarding my department. At the outset, while difficult, it was in the best interest to remain silent and bite my tongue in light of the potential of danger to the deputies and their families. Now that these inaccuracies are being used to protect ill-gotten political capital for the sake of election, I can no longer stay silent. There have been mistakes I have made during my 14 years at Pettis County, but unlike the Sheriff I have tried to do my best to own up to those mistakes and realize they are my own. It is my hope that the Sheriff can do the same. Thank you. - Luke Goosen, Pettis County I.T. Director The comments and views in this post are solely mine, and do not reflect the opinions of the Pettis County Commission or any other employee at Pettis County #lukegoosen #kevinbond #hannahfizer #jordanschutte #bodycams
