Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill will not charge Lincoln City Police Officer Bobby Bomar for rape despite a woman that has gone public with her story saying that he drugged and sexually assaulted her at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Portland. This demonstrates the double standard that cops enjoy when it comes to criminal allegations. A normal person would probably get charged under these circumstances. The DA if dealing with a normal person, especially a person with a criminal record, would say that they believe the woman and it should be up to a jury whether to believe the defendant. #bobblybomar #rodunderhill #sexoffenders
