A guy in Portland, Oregon named Robert West has been filming license plates of ATF, U.S. Marshals, and other law enforcement agencies' vehicles. The guy gets harassed frequently while making videos like the one embedded on this page. He is frequently harassed, but knows his rights and lets the cops know it. CopBlaster.com took some screenshots of some of the license plates that West filmed, made a collage of some of them, and wrote down several others. The U.S. Marshals license plates are: 298 fzv 193 hbg yjg 843 462 hta 827 gys 710 ccp p9621 W258877 274 HRU 684 FCN The ATF license plate is 766 era.
