Belton Police Officer Derrall Foster Arrested for Groping Co-Worker

Belton Police officer Derrall Foster was arrested for second degree assault and misconduct in office for inappropriately touching a woman at work. According to police reports, Foster slapped the woman on the butt and groped her breasts on numerous occasions between October 1, 2019 and July 31, 2020.
