Tampa Police Officer Randy Barnwell was arrested for domestic violence and placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the case. Not much is known about the case at this time. Barnwell was arrested after 2 AM this morning and is currently in the Hillsborough County Jail. He was booked on one count of battery.
