Colleton County Sheriff Robert Anderson Strickland also known as R.A. Strickland was arrested on November 9th on allegations of domestic violence for allegedly punching a woman in the face with a closed fist and stole her phone to keep her from reporting him. He is also accused of damaging a vehicle and attempting to flee. He has since lost his professional certification and can no longer legally enforce the law in South Carolina.
