San Antonio Officer Matthew Luckhurst Sacked for Shit Sandwich

Former San Antonio Police officer Matthew Luckhurst lost his latest bid to get his job back this past week. Luckhurst was fired for a pair of 2016 incidents involving feces. In one incident he took a dump in a women's restroom and smeared some dookie on the seat. In another incident he gave a homeless man a shit sandwich. He got one of the suspensions overturned last year for not being brought within 180 days, but the second one stands. Attorneys for the city of San Antonio have said that no one wants him back. In part deux of his arbitration hearings detective Jessica Medrano described walking in on the only women's toilet in that restroom only to find it full of diarrhea with some deer pellets on the seat. She was 8 months pregnant. When she threatened to leave another officer cleaned it up for her. Luckhurst has never explained what he was doing with deer pellets on his person while on duty. What kind of person carries deer pellets with them? In another incident, Luckhurst gave a homeless man a shit sandwich. The sandwich has been described by some as a discarded tray covered with bread and feces. Luckhurst argued in his defense that he gave it to the man to throw away and not eat it. That might make sense if it were not for incident number two. When he dropped the deuce in the women's restroom and covered the toilet with deer pellets he proved that he plays with poop. In prison, a person that plays with poop is given a bad jacket similar to the jacket of a sex offender because anyone that plays with poop is considered a weirdo. Pettis County Sheriff Kevin C. Bond Refuses to Comply with FOIA

Pettis County Sheriff Kevin C. Bond personally responded to our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request less than 12 hours after we sent it. His promptness is impressive as well as the fact that he responded personally. Usually sheriff's departments have a staff member that responds to such things. We have never gotten a response like this in less than 24 hours before and we have never gotten one from an actual sheriff before. That might just show we are on the right track when guessing at how small his department it. Unfortunately, it might also give merit to his claim that his deputies stopped wearing body cameras due to technical difficulties and lack of funding, but not much merit since such cameras are so easy to use a cop can do it. Our FOIA request read as follows: "I request a copy of your current staff roster and hiring dates for all employees under the Freedom of Information Act. I also request the staff schedule for all shifts for the date of June 13, 2020." The goal of this request was to acquire the names and hiring dates of all deputies, plus which ones were on duty the night one of them shot 25 year old Hannah Fizer. Sheriff Bond has yet to release the name of the deputy even though the Missouri Highway Patrol investigation into the incident found no gun in Hannah's car. Bond's deputy claimed that he fired in self defense because she had a gun, threatened to shoot him, and he thought she was trying to shoot him. There is no footage of the incident because Sheriff Bond says that his department stopped wearing body cameras three years ago due to technical difficulties and lack of funding. They also do not have dash board cameras in their cars. Sheriff Bond has stated publicly that the deputy that shot Hannah has been with the department since 2007. His response to our FOIA was as follows: Mr. Sullivan, Thank you for your inquiry. I am the custodian of records for the Pettis County Sheriffs Office. Under 610.100.3RSMO, portions of a record or document of a law enforcement officer or agency that contains information reasonably likely to pose a clear and present danger to the safety of a person shall be closed. We will also include an officer to remove the results of our public records research into him personally if he does the right thing and tells us who shot Hannah Fizer. Who is the Pettis County Deputy That Shot Hannah Fizer?

An unidentified deputy with the Pettis County Sheriff's office gunned down 25 year old Hannah Fizer last Saturday night. Yesterday the Missouri Highway Patrol announced that no gun was found in her car. There is no video of the incident because Sheriff Kevin Bond says that deputies stopped wearing body cameras three years ago due to technical difficulties and lack of funding. They also stopped operating dash board cameras in their cars. Typically law enforcement finds it technically difficult to operate such devices without them catching them breaking the law, so it makes sense for them to want to lose funding for such things. The deputy claimed that Hannah Fizer had a gun and threatened to shoot them, so they opened fired in self defense. Her family questioned that story right away saying she does not own a gun and the only thing she would have had in her hand was her phone because she had that in her hand all the time. What kind of deputy can't tell the difference between a phone and a gun even at night? One that needs an eye exam or is so incompetent that he starts shooting at anyone holding an object before he can figure out what it is. Car Tender's John and Mason McDermott Snitch on Protester in Seattle

Car Tender employee Mason McDermott along with owners John McDermott have been on the news today admitting to snitching on protesters in Seattle's Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ). Specifically, they admit catching a protester inside the auto shop and calling the police even though the protester tried to run away before being kidnapped by Mason McDermott and leaving peacefully once McDermott let him go. The McDermotts have since been all over the airways complaining about the police not responding to their calls. They should keep their mouths shut. Such talk could be cited by the police as an excuse to attack demonstrators should they decide to start operating in that area again. Car Tender obviously has sufficient security to handle their own problems. They should just let security handle it rather than ratting people out. John McDermott said that he and his son made over a dozen 911 calls despite being able to detain the protester on their own. Mason McDermott admitted that the protester tried to run away when they caught him, but that he escalated the situation by chasing him down and assaulting him. The McDermotts then effectively kidnapped the protester by holding him against his will before letting him go once they realized that the cops do not operate in the CHAZ anymore. That protester has probably learned his lesson and won't go back there. Ruining his life by turning him in to the cops is not necessary.
