Prosecutor Kevin Demer Punched in Open Court

Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney Kevin Demer was punched in court this past week by man that obviously had heard enough of his nonsense. Demer was previously profiled on CopBlaster as part of the Enemies of Liberty series for prosecuting the owner of a website that contained accusations of misconduct involving him. The hero is an inmate named Ryan Perkins that had just been convicted by a jury that bought Demer's nonsense. This is great news for victims of Kevin Demer for whom justice has finally been served.#kevindemer #enemiesofliberty

Aundre Mills Update: Assault Charge Against Jeremy Christian Dismissed

Jeremy Joseph Christian called it like it was when his arraignment for allegedly assaulting jailhouse snitch Aundre Dupree Mills when he called Mills, "a prison snitch making stuff up" (see video below). Mills was previously featured on CopBlaster.com for snitching on Christian. There was never any proof at all to back up Mills' claims, he never sought medical care, and there were no witnesses. According to Christian, Mills had trashed his property and this author personally observed several of Christian's books with water damage. This is a high profile case and it seems like Mills was just trying to make a name for himself.#aundredupreemills #jeremychristian #multnomahcountyjail

Commander Terry Moore's Crew Disciplined for Arresting Stormy Daniels

Stormy Daniels (@StormyDaniels) a.k.a. Stephanie Clifford was the victim of a false arrest in Columbus, Ohio and now a crew of crooked cops led by Commander Terry Moore are now facing official disciplinary proceedings for arresting her in 2018. The other officers involved include Shana Keckley, Whitney Lancaster, Mary Praither, and Steven Ratner. They were part of the now defunct Vice unit at the Columbus Police Department which also included Officers Ron Kemmerling, Scott Soha, and Andrew Mitchell. There is a long story connected to this that involves criminal charges against the former vice unit officers in another case which is part of why Andrew Mitchell can be seen in custody wearing a suicide smock, but this post is about Stormy Daniels because even though the nature of the charges in the other case are far worse, Stormy Daniels was arrested for conduct that if proven would not have been illegal. Apparently she was at a strip club called Sirens where she was charged with a sex crime under an Ohio law against strippers touching customers too much. The problem with the law is that it ony applies to strippers that work there regularly. Stormy Daniels was in town for a special visit as part of her national strip club tour. These cops had to have known this since she is the most famous stripper in America and whenever she comes to town she is the starring attractions at all the clubs she performs at. There is no way that these cops could have went to see Stormy Daniels, gotten a little extra attention, and concluded that she was a regular at the club. Watch the video below of Columbus Police Interim Chief Tom Quinlan announcing the charges. #terrymoore #andrewmitchell #marypraither #stormydaniels #sirens

Use of Restraints as Punishment by US Marshals in Portland, Oregon

Last year I was the subject of what I believe to be unlawful use of physical restraints by the U.S. Marshals in Portland, Oregon as punishment for writing "COPBLASTER.COM" in mustard on the wall of a holding cell at the federal courthouse the last time I was at that courthouse. I say illegally because courts and government organizations have said over the years that "physical restraint will not be used as punishment", Spain v. Procunier, 600 f.2d 189 (9th Cir. 1979). On top of that I was told when they noticed the mustard that if I did not clean it off I would be placed in black box restraints the next time I had court there. I cleaned off the mustard not wanting to have to spend the next court date in a black box. The next time I went to court the Marshals refused to remove my belly chain and cuffs saying that it was necessary to keep me from writing on the wall. The problem with that is that anyone can still write on the walls with their cuffs and chain on. They even gave me mustard with my lunch. I believe that this was done as a punishment and not to prevent anything. I slipped the chain off easily enough and when they tried to force another one back on me I got shot with a stun gun. That was excessive force because I never threatened their safety, was outnumbered at least 4 to 1, and only used non-violent resistance to to keep them from getting my arms where they wanted them. Using a weapon that has the potential to kill people was not justified. Fortunately one of the prongs got stuck in my Columbia County Jail jumpsuit and I was able to pull the other one from my arse without feeling it much.#usmarshals #liars #assault #columbiacountyjail #civildisobedience

Emails Reveal Sheriff Mike Reese Conspired to Violate First Amendment

A chain of emails from 2017 reveal that Multnomah County Sheriff Mike Reese conspired with former deputy Todd Shanks, Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney Kevin Demer, and District Attorney Rod Underhill to violate the First Amendment rights of CopBlaster.com owner Cyrus Sullivan. The email chain began with a request from Shanks sent to Demer, Underhill, and Reese on April 24, 2017 that said: Rod, Mike, and Kevin, I hope you guys are all doing well, I am writing you this email to request your guidance and assistance in dealing with a recent post made by Cyrus Sullivan on COPBLAST attacking my credibility and integrity, and causing alarm to my family. I am quite certain Kevin remembers Mr. Sullivan from approximately six years ago. At that time I was assigned to the Warrant Strilke Team working out of an office in the Courthouse. Deputy Reiter and I were called into Gary Meabe's office and a request was made by Gary that we assist in locating and arresting Mr. Sullivan for an outstanding warrant. Of course we agreed and began looking for Mr. Sullivan and he ultimately turned himself in to authorities. I will not go into all of the details, but this is the second time Mr. Sullivan has Cyber Bullied me by posting something on the internet. This recent post was discovered by my daughter at school during a computer class. The post was made in February of this year and has my picture, address, and refers to me as a "River Shark" and a stalker. My family and I are very troubled by this false and inaccurate information being on the internet. I was just doing my job as a peace officer and don't feel I deserve this negative, untrue, and damaging jacket after 29 years of committed and dedicated service to the citizens of Multnomah County. To make matters worse I recently retired on March 1, 2O17, and am actively seeking employment opportunities besides my part time work with the Sheriff's Office. lf any potential employers look me up on google they will see this post which is on the first page of a google search for my name. I will be harmed and injured because of this post, and it may cost me any future job opportunities. I am asking for your assistance in this matter. Thank you, Todd Shanks -End of Message Shanks was referring to a post in which I criticized him for among other things not being able to take a joke several years ago. So, Todd Shanks' response to criticism saying "Sounds like someone couldn't take a joke" is to prove my point by freaking out over the post. Notice that even though the website at that time displayed his home address, his primary concern was over his Google results and his professional reputation. This email began a long stream of emails between Shanks, Reese, Demer, and Underhill. Eventually Sheriff Reese responded, "I saw your message that Mr. Sullivan is on supervision. Is it possible to have the sentencing Judge or supervising authority add a requirement that he not use social media or computers in this manner?" Sheriff Reese suggested that my judge at the time, Marco Hernandez, should be asked to violate my First Amendment rights by ordering that I not be allowed to criticize deputy Shanks or law enforcement in general as part of my supervision. Eventually Assistant US Attorney Greg Nyhus did exactly that, but Hernandez refused to ban me from running the website. He did meet Nyhus halfway by banning me from posting home addresses while on supervision, which is also a violation of the First Amendment in my opinion, but my right to criticize Shanks based on the merits of his work, which he appears most concerned about, remains intact. It is an abuse of power for an elected official to use the power of his office to violate the constitutional rights of a citizen or conspire to do so. By using his office to back an effort to violate my First Amendment rights he abused his office.#mikereese #kevindemer #toddshanks #rodunderhill #gregnyhus

Time Waster: Multnomah County Internal Affairs Unit Complaint Form

The time waster of the day for today is the official Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Internal Affairs Unit (IAU) complaint form. Download the form, fill it out, and mail it to the above address to file a complaint about any MCSO employee with the IAU. IAU probably will not act on it beyond possibly thanking you for your concerns, but sometime they do investigate and reach conclusions other than whatever they can find to defend the subject of the complaint. You might hit the jackpot, but you probably just waste time.#multnomahcountyjail #internalaffairs #governmentforms

Disgraced former Sheriff Dan Staton Claimed to Support Diversity

Before former Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton resigned in disgrace and lost a huge lawsuit to a former deputy that he ostracized for reporting use of force statistics that indicated a bias towards black men, Dan Staton presented himself as a champion of diversity. At one point he watched the movie Selma with some black people and commented on camera about how offended he was at the conduct of the Sheriff in Selma back in the 1960s. He should be appalled with his own conduct because his conduct is why the culture at the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office has not changed over the years. I have said before that not all COs are bad people, but when one decides to do the right thing and that decision goes against the status quo at the department. That person will no longer be considered a team player, they will suffer retaliation, and the culture within the MCSO stays the same.#danstaton #multnomahcountyjail #racism #lawsuit #selma
