Vancouver Auto Center is a car dealership just like Power Motorsports and Motosports Hillsboro, so it looks like someone spotted an opportunity to eliminate the competition by keeping them from delivering to their area. The problem with this complaint is that delivering is exactly what businesses, including restaurants, are being told to do right now. They are being told to stop letting people gather at their stores, showrooms, etc. and instead to offer take out or delivery instead.
