A bar in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania called Circle Inn has a serious rat problem. Someone has been going online and filing complaints against them with the social distancing police in other states, specifically Washington. No information is known about the identity of this rat. Just that the rat was most likely a one time patron at the bar that had a bit too many and sent the state of Washington a complaint stating "Patrons are I the bar drinking and playing music." He probably left out something along the lines of what really pissed him off. Was it watered down drinks or someone insulting him in the bar? Nobody knows because this person was anonymous and possibly too drunk to remember that he is a rat.#circleinn #socialdistancing
