Who is in Charge of Classification at the Multnomah County Jails?

Who is in charge of classification at the Mulnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) and Multnomah County Inverness Jail (MCIJ)? I recall that Sergeant Steven Billesbach was working in classification a couple years ago, but I don't know if he still does or if he was in charge. I wouldn't be able to tell you who else works in classification because both of the requests that I have from classification do not identify who responded. One says something like "Jarmer" under name but the DPSST number is illegible and none of my attempts to look it up resulted in a name like that. Not that it really answers to question of who is in charge of classification? That is an important question to answer for anyone with questions about classification. The people that answer classification questions do nothing to explain the reasons why inmates are housed where they are except to say that they consider the housing appropriate. When asked why they never justify it. This is quite frustrating for inmates that are in administrative segregation and ask to go to general population. They just refuse to move you, don't say why, or provide options to get out of segregation. As a result you've lucky to get out of your cell for more than two hours a day.#stevenbillesbach #multnomahcountyjail #classification
