Demetria Hester Has Faced Assault and Prostitution Charges

An online background check reveals that one Demetria Shonel Hester from Memphis, Tennessee has a lengthy criminal record. Demetria Hester testified today in the Jeremy Christian trial and so far no media outlet has mentioned her criminal history. That history appears to include prostitution charges from 2006 and a guilty plea to felony assault in Pierce County, Washington in 2008. Hester is being treated as a victim in the Jeremy Christian case. She was caught on tape macing Christian before he threw a Gatorade bottle at her. She says he was threatening her but has no proof. She has faced theft and forger charges in the past, but records indicate she may have been acquitted eventually. Hester is not a credible witness, but I don't see anyone bringing that up. Not even Jeremy Christian's lawyer. I was not in court, so it is possible she was cross examined on this, but I don't see evidence of it anywhere. She does not appear to be a credible witness. I would have every right to walk right up to her a whore according to what I have dug up so far. The background check also provided an email account she is believed to be linked to. The email address is naughtyd4ever[at]yahoo.com. That sounds like a whore's email address to me.#demetriahester #jeremychristian #prostitution #assault

Demetria Hester Has a Criminal Record and Assaulted Jeremy Christian

"I maced him as I saw him putting his bag down." Demetria Hester (alleged assault victim). Demetria Hester can be seen on tape macing Jeremy Christian as he was walking away from her on the Max the day before the stabbing incident for which he is currently on trial. The prosecution offers her testimony and the video to support charging Christian with assault for throwing a Gatorade bottle at Hester after she assaulted him with the mace. At a pre-trial hearing last year Jeremy lashed out at Hester saying, "I'm the real victim." Video evidence shows that he was telling the truth. No evidence has surfaced supporting Hester's claim that Jeremy threatened to kill her before she maced him. He is obviously ranting about something on the train and saying something to her before she maced him, but there is no audio to prove what he said. From his body language it looks like he was having some last words before going home for the day. He says something, kind of points at her, turns around, and starts walking away. Then she maced him, continued macing him as she followed him, and then he threw a Gatorade bottle at her. After being hit with the bottle she stopped macing him and he continued on his way. This looks like textbook self defense on Jeremy's part. He used some force, just enough to stop her from attacking him, and then he left the area. If only he had done the same the next day everyone would have been just fine. She should be the one on trial for assault stemming from that incident. People have made a big deal about the fact that Demetria told the Portland Police what happened and the officers did nothing to Jeremy Christian until after the next day's stabbings. I hate the Portland Police and I run a website called "Cop Blaster" so it should come as no surprise when I say that I rarely defend the actions of police officers. I am defending the Portland Police officers' decision not to pursue Jeremy Christian in response to Demetria Hester's complaint. Any reasonable officer that looks at that video would conclude that she assaulted him and not enough evidence exists to justify charging him with the threats she said he made. I've found myself on the receiving end of bogus police reports before. In one incident a woman that was mad at me for not removing a posting from a website filed a false police report in early 2012 accusing me of stalking her several years. If such allegations alone justified an arrest I would have been in jail falsely accused of stalking based solely on the damsel in distress act of a serial snitch. If Demetria Hester were a man and Jeremy Christian were a woman, Hester probably would have been arrested had she been a he and he had called the cops to report that he maced a woman. Unfortunately due to a double standard that exists in our society they probably just laughed at her and gave her a warning not to mace people anymore. Demetria Hester also accuses Jeremy Christian of claiming to be a neo-Nazi that was on the train to recruit people. Jeremy Christian is not a neo-Nazi. I base my conclusion on several factors. When I first met Jeremy in the chow hall at FCI Sheridan in January of 2014 he was not sitting at the skinhead table and he had a full head of hair. Now, sure a lot of white guys that are not part of a white supremacist prison gang are white supremacists, but neo-Nazis are another level of white supremacists. In prison neo-Nazis roll with skinhead gangs and have their own tables in the chow hall. Jeremy clearly was not and has never been a member of a neo-Nazi organization. Had he been a former member he would have been beaten up or killed for being a drop out. When I was reunited with Jeremy at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in July of 2017 he explained how he used Nazi salutes to mock demonstrators at a free speech rally and how people have been using pictures of that out of context. He explained that he had made references to his Norse heritage and that people were labeling that as white supremacist speech. He talked about nihilism and how people were using his nihilist beliefs to support allegations that he is a white supremacist. I believed him because my experiences with real Nazis have taught me how to identify one and Christians's characteristics differ from those of real Nazis. I spent over a year on the yard at the United States Penitentiary in Victorville, California (USP Victorville). The general population there is a segregated society where everyone is racist because they are organized based on race and everyone thinks their race is the best. I was categorized as an independent white guy from the Northwest. So, I was part of the Northwest Whites. Our table in the chow hall was right next to the skinhead table. The skinheads ran the whites. The skinheads where led by the AB, NLR, ARM, and active members of other white supremacist groups. There was a white supremacist church service organized for pagans. This was an official church recognized by the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). During religious services there would be a room for the christian service, one for the Muslim service, and another for the pagan service. Most pagans had a religious book in their cell called the "Poetic Edda." It is true that Norse mythology plays a large role in the Nazi paganism, but paganism in not nihilism. Nazi paganism involves a belief in multiple gods based on Norse mythology. Nihilism rejects all religious principles including paganism. It is not possible to be both a nihilist and a neo-Nazi because as a nihilist Jeremy Christian rejects all religious principles including paganism. Finally, Shawn Forde accused Jeremy of calling himself a "viking" and that "viking" is white supremacist code. That is ridiculous. It is true that vikings existed in Scandinavia, Jeremy Christian claims to be of Scandinavia roots, and that Scandinavia is the origin of Norse mythology. Unfortunately, some white supremacist groups have hijacked viking history believing that they descend from vikings, but that does not mean that someone claiming to descend from vikings is a white supremacist. My ancestors are from Ireland and sometime I've called myself an Irishman. The Irish are considered to be part of the Aryan race, so was I calling myself a white supremacist? Of course not. Someone like Jeremy would respond to white supremacists hijacking his viking heritage by invoking it himself more and asking why should he have to defend himself from allegations of white supremacy just for being proud of his heritage. Personally, if white supremacists were to start using Irish history and symbols I would not disassociate myself from Ireland due to that. I probably would respond by identifying as Irish more with the caveat that I'm not a white supremacist. The Aryan Brotherhood has featured a shamrock prominently in their patch for decades. That does not justify calling someone sporting a shamrock a white supremacist, so assuming Jeremy identified himself as a viking, which is yet to be proven, that just means he is proud of his viking heritage. It does not make him a self-described white supremacist. Also, there are criminal records online for one DEMETRIA SHONEL HESTER showing a history of assault convictions. She was charged but not convicted of prostitution, theft, and forgery . If this is the same Demetria Hester tied to public records in Tennessee and Washington then this wouldn't be the first time she has assaulted someone On the stand she admitted being from Memphis Tennessee. There are not many people named Demetria Hester and only one it appears with ties to Tennessee, Washington, and Oregon. Phone Slapping Video is Jeremy Christian's Biggest Threat

New video showing Jeremy Christian slapping Taliesin Namkai Meche's phone out of his hand is the biggest threat to his defense so far. It shows that nobody touched Jeremy until after he slapped the phone out of Taliesin's hand. He then shoves Micah Fletcher after Micah traveled some distance to get in Jeremy's face. Does this torpedo Jeremy's self defense claim? No, it does not torpedo the self defense claim, but it does make the argument much more difficult. He would have had a perfect self defense claim otherwise. Micah is seen on tape throwing Jeremy into a seat a couple times and telling him to get off the Max. Had Micah done that in response to just Jeremy's speech I don't think anyone in their right mind would say that Jeremy was not defending himself. Jeremy is now in a bit of a gray area as far as his self defense claim goes. In his defense, Micah escalated the physicality from minor shoving to violently throwing Jeremy into a seat and saying, "get off the Max." Since Micah is not the police or a Tri-Met employee he has no legal authority to kick anyone off the Max. Jeremy can still say that Micah was being more physically aggressive than he was when he stabbed him. The question now might be, "if you get in someone's face and they shove you, do you have the right to throw him into a seat repeatedly and tell him to leave the train?" I don't think you do. Especially considering the fact that Jeremy appears to have ceased his physicality and was standing his ground yelling at Micah when Micah threw Jeremy into the seat. It appears to me that Micah did more than he had to do or should have done to deal with Jeremy. Jeremy may have physically harassed Taliesin and Micah, but does that give Micah the right to assault Jeremy by throwing him into a chair and coerce him into leaving the Max? Of course not. Jeremy may have crossed the line by criminally harassing Micah with offensive physical contact and Micah shoved him back. Micah should have stopped there. He should not have thrown him into a seat for harassing him. Taliesin of course never physically assaulted Jeremy. He gave him a slight chest bump and got in his face after Jeremy smashed his phone. The smashing of the phone might be criminal mischief and harassment since he made contact with the phone while Taliesin was holding it, but was Taliesin harassing Jeremy with the phone? Notice how Taliesin went out of his way to get next to Jeremy, reach across the aisle, and invade Jeremy's personal space by holding the phone between Jeremy's face and lap. Jeremy never went out of his way to slap the phone. He just did what he had to do to get it out of his personal space. The worst that can be said about Taliesin after that is that he was part of a group that outnumbered Jeremy in a fight, but Taliesin can't be blamed for Micah throwing Jeremy into the seat. He certainly did not deserve to be killed for filming Jeremy and getting in his face. At the same time Taliesin's presence made the situation a three on one fight. I am not a lawyer, but I am a close student of the law. I think that Jeremy still has a valid self defense argument with regards to the charges listing Micah as the victim. The deaths of Taliesin and Ricky Best appear to be the result of being in the wrong place at the wrong time when Micah assaulted Jeremy. It kind of reminds me of a couple times in college when I ended up at a bar or a party with a couple of buddies and one of them would get into a fight. They were part of a group that anyone in Jeremy's position would feel threatened by, but at the same time a reasonable person could conclude that Jeremy was not defending himself from Taliesin and Ricky Best. At no point do I see Ricky Best do anything other than stand with Taliesin and Micah. This is where Jeremy's diminished capacity comes in. Jeremy acted on instinct and automatically neutralized all perceived threats before his mind had the time to process what was going on. Jeremy has Asperger's Syndrome and PTSD. I have the same diagnosis and I know what it is like to react defensively in confrontations like that. You don't have time to ask your self anything. You just start swinging at everything you perceive as a threat until you don't feel threatened by them anymore. That is why this case should be charged as manslaughter because Jeremy did not have required state of mind to justify murder charges. Oregon Revised Statute 163.118 "Manslaughter in the first degree (1) Criminal homicide constitutes manslaughter in the first degree when: (b) It is committed intentionally by a defendant under the influence of extreme emotional disturbance as provided in ORS 163.135 (Extreme emotional disturbance as affirmative defense to murder), which constitutes a mitigating circumstance reducing the homicide that would otherwise be murder to manslaughter in the first degree and need not be proved in any prosecution;"#jeremychristian #taliesinnamkaimeche #micahfletcher #rickybest

Shawn Forde Calls Jeremy Christian Racist for Talking About Vikings

Shawn Forde basically called Jeremy Christian a racist because he talked about vikings on the Max before the stabbing incident took place. Forde suggests that Jeremy's speech was racist not on its face but because it was spoken in white supremacist code. Sounds like they are really getting desperate if they are relying on allegations of statements that don't sound racist as racist code. Anyone can make a white supremacist like that. Now you can go through someone's speech, say you processed it through a white supremacist cipher, and broke the code. What reasonable person would conclude that Jeremy is racist because some guy thinks he used white supremacist code by calling himself a viking? By Forde's logic the mascot for the Minnesota Vikings is a white supremacist mascot, Vikings fans gather in large stadiums wearing white supremacist flair like the Nazis did, and the Vikings show on the History Channel is really a story about white supremacists in the middle ages. The Portland State Vikings are just as racist as the Minnesota Vikings. If PSU wants to maintain their progressive image they need to dump their white supremacist mascot. Forde also said that Jeremy never used the n-word at all. Usually if someone is a white supremacist and they are going to say racist things that word is on the top of their to say list.#shawnforde #jeremychristian #vikings

Jeremy Christian Needs to Stop Killing

Jeremy Christian needs to stop killing. Killing the canteen at the Multnomah County Jail that is. Upon seeing Jeremy at his trial yesterday I estimate he has gained at least 25 to 30 pounds since I last saw him in the 4B housing unit at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in November of 2018. The jail hardly feeds people anything for free, so obviously he has been getting a big bag of junk food at least once, probably twice a week. You can always tell which inmates get commissary because they grow. That is what happens when people are forced to choose between not eating and eating nothing but junk food. They end up like Jeremy Christian or worse. In one case a weirdo named Andrew Kowalczyk went from being just over 200 pounds to over 480 pounds over several years he spent at MCDC. He did it by maxing out his canteen every week and eating all of it. He ended up getting life and was shooting for insanity with his weight gain among his proof but the jury did not buy it. If Jeremy Christian wants to make it thorough his trial without suffering a massive coronary he needs to stop killing the canteen. He can try to slow the gain with healthier choices, but when the healthiest thing on the menu is beef jerky sometimes the best alternative to getting fatter is bad cholesterol.#jeremychristian #multnomahcountyjail #jailfood #andrewkowalczyk

Destinee Mangum's Testimony is Not Supported by Video Evidence

I was in the courtroom when Destinee Mangum took the stand in the Jeremy Joseph Christian trial and noticed that a lot of what she said is not supported by video of the incident that was shown during the testimony of other witnesses. It is possible that some other video exists showing more, but if it supported her story the government probably would have shown it during her testimony. Most notably were her claims that Jeremy called Nazis "good people" and had made comments praising the KKK. Neither comments would have been consistent with anything I've ever heard him say. I know him personally. I first met him at FCI Sheridan and recall sitting with him in the chow hall one day. He was from another housing unit, but I remember him because he shared a story about the NWRRC that was consistent with how that place is. We were not sitting at the skinhead table and Jeremy had a full head of hair, so Jeremy did not roll skinhead in prison. I was reunited with him again in July of 2017 for a couple of weeks at MCDC. The Marshals took me to Sheridan FDC and brought me back in August of 2018 where I was his neighbor until November of that year. I never heard him say anything racist at all. The only black people he had problems with came in off the street and started stuff thinking he was a white supremacist. I spent over a year at an active United States Penitentiary, so I usually know a skinhead when I see one. If Jeremy is a neo-Nazi then he is not like any other I have met. Real neo-Nazis don't constantly deny being white supremacists, they usually have at least one white supremacist tattoo, and they are pagans not nihilists. Unless some other video pops up later showing Jeremy saying such things I am going to have to call bullshit. I have yet to catch Jeremy Christian in a proven lie and so far the evidence at the trial supports what he was telling me in jail. Some of Ms. Mangum's statements were not even corroborated by her friend, Walia Mohamed, who testified right before her. Walia seemed like someone that was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and is still trying to figure out what happened and why. What Walia said she heard could have easily been what Jeremy says he said, but misunderstood. Walia made one of the cell phone videos shown in court that day and it was obvious that she was far enough away to think Jeremy said something he didn't say. Plus, Somali's tend to be hyper-vigilant to such things. She could have easily heard Jeremy telling people "if you don't like free speech go to Saudi Arabia" and thought it was directed at Muslims. She could have thought the same about bits and pieces of his world peace plan that involved getting the Christians and Muslims to kill each other and the Jews to kill themselves. I think she thought those statements were directed at her instead of Jeremy just orating to whoever would listen. I don't think Walia said anything she knew to be untrue just that her memory appears to be playing games with her. Destinee Mangum seemed totally different from her friend. She seemed intent on saying whatever she had to say to make people think Jeremy is racist. She seems like an ends justify the means type of person. I think she made up a lot of what she said and there is no video to prove she committed perjury. If I am wrong and some video surfaces of Jeremy saying those things on the train I will try to be the first to say so. #destineemangum #jeremychristian #victimhoodculture #waliamohamed

Cell Phone Video Supports Jeremy Christian's Self-Defense Claim

I just got back from the Jeremy Christian trial where cell phone video clearly shows Micah Fletcher violently throw him into a seat before Jeremy stabbed him. The video matches the version of events that Jeremy personally gave me at the jail a long time ago while we were doing time together. The video was shot by a young woman that testified today. The audio from the recording featured a lot of off-color, rude, and antagonistic statements made by Jeremy Christian, but noticeably absent from the audio were any racist remarks or any demands that the Muslim passengers on the train "go back to Saudi Arabia." Jeremy has stated to several people including mental health experts and myself that he only said people should go to Saudi Arabia if they do not like free speech. The was a lot of stuff along the lines of "if you don't like free speech get out of America," but nothing to support the accusations that he singled out two Muslim passengers with an anti-Muslim rant directed just at them. It seems more likely that they heard parts of what he said about going to Saudi Arabia and inferred that they were directed at them because they were the only obvious Muslims on the train. Other evidence shows that Micah Fletcher admitted to police right after the incident that he recognized Jeremy from the free speech rally a few weeks earlier in which Jeremy managed to piss off just about everyone in attendance. The defense says that Jeremy got death threats after that rally and there was not way for him to know the intentions of the three men on the train. They make a good point. Their point is consistent with what Jeremy has been saying since I was first in the housing unit with him in July of 2017 and when I was put in with him again just over a year later. The only thing about the video that is bad for Jeremy is that he threw some shoves of his own before Micah threw him into the seat. I think whether or not Jeremy can claim self defense to the shoves depends on whether or not other video shows him becoming physical first by knocking the phone out of Taliesin Namkai-Meche's hand before the three "victims" entered his personal bubble. The 9th Circuit defines simple assaults to include a showing of force likely to cause reasonable apprehension of harm, so was that force in response to words about religions or was that showing of force in response to Jeremy going out of his way to smash a cell phone. If he smashed the phone was it being shoved in his face? Answers to those questions are the real facts of the case that a jury is theoretically supposed to look at. Those facts include Jeremy's diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome. This is another consistency in Jeremy's statements. Before my release in November of 2018, Jeremy told me he was being evaluated by an Asperger's specialist. I though he might have been playing to my ear because he already knew that I have Asperger's Syndrome. I told him that I though he had it based on the psych eval that I read and my observations since knowing him. He had so many things in common with AS that I would have been shocked to hear if he did not have it. That also further supports my belief that this is at most a manslaughter case. Like Jeremy, I've struggled with anger management when I've felt threatened and I have done violent things before my mind had the amount of time it needed to process everything right. That comes as a surprise to people that know my IQ score is high. It was not really a problem for me until after I was diagnosed with PTSD in my early 20s. Jeremy has that dual diagnosis also. The result is someone that is normally a law abiding citizen until they feel threatened. Then they flip out before really realizing what they did. Finally they realize what they did and regret it while at the same time blaming whoever set them off for doing something that they were predisposed to react a certain way towards. Sometimes there is legitimacy in victim blaming, especially if someone knew of your diagnosis and provoked you on purpose. That obviously was not the case here. The idea put forth by prosecutor Jeff Howes today was ridiculous. He claims that Jeremy created a confrontation to give himself the right to defend himself and that you can't claim self defense if you intentionally cause a physical confrontation. Even if Jeremy were the first one to do anything physical in this case, that does not mean that he boarded the train intent on stabbing people. The footage from him ranting about cutting off heads the day before does not mean that he ever really intended to try to cut anyone's head off. Maybe, like other people with AS and PTSD, he thought that making himself look scary would keep anyone from attacking him if he continued to exercise free speech in ways he knew would anger a lot of people. It is also likely that Jeremy did not realize just how angry his comment made people. People like us do not experience empathy much and we are really bad at putting ourselves in other people's shoes. Empathy comes so naturally to most that it is hard for "normal" people to understand how some people can't empathize without trying to. People like us find it funny to see people get offended because we are not so vulnerable to becoming offended. We also tend to observe the world from a somewhat detached point of view and are quick to point out hypocrisies in others. A person with AS would view confrontations between groups like Antifa and Patriot Prayer as a clash of the hypocrites because of similarities in their tactics. Tactics like claiming to support free speech only to take steps against people for exercising free speech. Jeremy Christian is not a monster. He is just a misunderstood person that has struggled his entire life with a disability that he can only now begin to understand. I am fortunate to have been diagnosed over 15 years ago, but even then at age 20 I was considered a little old for a diagnosis. It took a traumatic experience for me to see a therapist and get diagnosed. AS was not a recognized condition until 1994, so our generation did not benefit from childhood therapy like kids have today. I would not know Jeremy if I didn't have AS. If I didn't have AS I probably would not have threatened someone online in 2012, would not have slapped a halfway house worker in 2014, and would not have thrown spicy chips at a deputy in 2017. I had the misfortune of being in federal court where you can't use a diminished capacity defense in violent cases. Jeremy can use that defense in state court. There is little to no doubt in my mind that Jeremy was either defending himself or felt the need to defend himself because he has AS and PTSD. A normal person would have just made for the exit even though Micah Fletcher had no legal right to tell him to get off the Max. People with AS are overly principled and Jeremy's principles, kind of like mine, include a focus of free speech. If he thinks he has a first amendment right to do something he will not go quietly if you get in his way. I was lucky because eventually a psychologist convinced the United States Attorney's Office that I only committed assaults because of my environment and that the only way to protect corrections staff from me was to let me go. I came really close to getting sentenced as a career offender in the feds because they only require two prior offenses involving violence or a threat of violence to categorize you as such. I wonder what Micah thinks about Jeremy having AS. Micah is also on the Autism spectrum, but his interests seem more focused on goals shared with Anitfa. This is starting to look like the tragic result of two people on the same end of the Autism spectrum and opposite ends of the political spectrum. Two equally stubborn individuals whose stubborn behavior can be traced to the same developmental disability. Their only difference is that the public labels one as far right and the other as far left. #jeremychristian #donrees #jeffhowes #micahfletcher

Can't Find Tickets for Jeremy Christian Show Trial Anywhere

A reliable source told me last week that seats were available at the Jeremy Christian trial except for a few reserved seats in the front. I'm not sure how anyone reserved the seats and I can't find any way to reserve seating for the Jeremy Christian show online anywhere. I tried Googling stuff like "Jeremy Christian trial seats" only to find arguments from the defense saying that Micah Fletcher had repeatedly shoved Jeremy into seats on the Max before he started stabbing people. I've tried Googling with quotes around "reserve", "reserved," etc. and can't find any way to book a seat at the Multnomah County Courthouse for anything at all. I even tried looking for anything involving Jeremy Christian on Fandango and found nothing. I don't want to have to go down there early or end up camping on the sidewalk overnight like a Star Wars fan just to get a seat. I'd like to know how Judge Cheryl Albrecht goes about reserving seats for events in her courtroom. Do I have to go through the DA's office or defense counsel. Do they have limited numbers of reserved seats to give away? If so are they willing to auction one off? You should be able to book a seat in advance without being booked into the Multnomah County Jail and having to go to your own event later. Pretty much every event venue uses their website, Fandango, or similar services to spare people the inconvenience of showing up early hoping to get seats or worse (not getting a seat at all). Why should the courthouse be any different? If Ringling Bros. were putting on this circus I'd have a seat by now.#jeremychristian #cherylalbrecht #multnomahcountycourthouse

Jeremy Christian Jury Questionnaire Could Be Better

A Redditor known as /u/mrrx was nice enough to post a link to the Jeremy Christian Potential Juror Questionnaire on Scribd today. I downloaded it and am uploading a copy just in case anything happens to the original. I'm not sure if that potential juror broke any laws by doing this, if so at least CopBlaster.com can be trusted to leave it up even if other sites delete it. The questionnaire is quite interesting. It begins by asking for basic biographical information (name, contact info, etc.) and follows with an introduction that lists the names of the alleged victims as well as what Jeremy is accused of in general. Several sections follow with titles such as Personal and Family Information; Residence Information; Military History; Formal Education Background; Organizational/Group Affiliations; Previous Jury Experience; Prior Experiences with Law Enforcement and Court Personnel; Personal Attitudes, Experiences, Interests, and Activities; Publicity; and finally Concluding Questions. The first five sections seem boilerplate. They are probably things all jurors are asked for any trial. If answered truthfully the court learns irrelevant facts about the potential juror, their family, and employer. The criminal history questions ensure that no potential jurors know how law enforcement really operates. The employment section screens for people that have ever worked in law enforcement or have family members that have. The education section exposes anyone smart enough to question anything the government says, but it also exposes people that are smart enough to get out of jury duty and are choosing not to, which could indicate bias. Section VI asks broad questions referring to group membership, but does not single out any group specifically. It seems focused mostly on exposing any groups that the person has given money to. Sections VII and VIII expose potential jurors that have been jurors before or have ties to law enforcement beyond jury duty. They also look for personal experience filing police reports, views towards defendants in general, and finally weed out anyone with first hand knowledge of the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office's practices by screening for people with negative experiences with them. Section IX finally addresses things relevant to Jeremy Christian's case specifically. It looks for people that might be familiar with how common it is for crazy people to use Tri-Met as a soapbox by looking for anyone that has ever used public transportation in Portland. Then it looks for knowledge of White Nationalism, which is what the government wants to make the case about. It screens for anyone that supports the First Amendment, has had their free speech rights trampled on, or have ever tried to tread on others in that way. They ask for prior opinions about Antifa and Patriot Prayer even though Jeremy is not and has never been a member of either group. It asks what bumper stickers if any are on their cars presuming that people only put bumper stickers on their cars if they have a strong opinion, but they don't ask if the car is used or if the stickers were there when they bought the car. Then they ask the juror to name pretty much everything they do online including what social media they use and what websites they have signed up for, which effectively eliminates members of CopBlaster.com and anyone that has ever followed us on social media. The section concludes with questions about interests in true crime, psychology, and their ability to look at gory images. Section X attempts to find anyone that has not heard about the case yet. Since finding anyone that has not heard of it is impossible that question serves best to weed out liars by dismissing anyone that answers "no." The rest of the section is perhaps the most relevant part of the questionnaire because it asks if they can be impartial despite everything they think they know already. Section XI concludes with asking if they know the defense attorneys or the judge, but not the prosecuting attorneys. They are also asked if they would want them on their jury if they were on trial. Conclusion This looks like a pretty thorough questionnaire. It could come in really useful if the jurors were hooked up to polygraph machines while filling it out. Otherwise it isn't anything anyone couldn't lie their way through easily. Noticeably missing are any questions regarding voter registration and what political party they register as. That could be quite useful. A far more useful tool than questions about Antifa and Patriot Prayer. Judge Albrecht should require the jurors to disclose their voting history so that both sides can know if they are Repubicans, Democrates, etc.#jeremychristian #cherylalbrecht #jurors

OregonLive.com Running Pocket-Knife Ads with Jeremy Christian News

This advertisement for a pocket knife was found on an article about the murder trial of Jeremy Christian on OregonLive.com, so it looks like CopBlaster.com is not the only website using Jeremy Christian to promote pocket knives. The Oregonian is doing it as well. They just don't have an endorsement from Jeremy Christian like we do and are not promoting the knife actually used in the stabbings like we are. We are using a testimonial from Jeremy Christian to promote the Coast Rapid Response Knife through a revenue sharing program we signed up for (https://ift.tt/3aaqdW0). The Oregonian ad appears to have been placed through native advertising by Taboola. Taboola uses contextual algorithms to match paid links to stories on other websites based on what they think a user is most likely to click on. Often the subject matter of the article weighs heavily to determine what native ads are run. Jeremy Christian is on trial accused of murdering two men and seriously injuring a third with a Coast Rapid Response Knife. Christian claims self defense. The advertisement links to this article https://ift.tt/2RKWbj7 promoting Deejo pocket knives. That knife does not look as functional as the Coast Rapid Response Knife used by Jeremy Christian. The Deejo knife looks like it is made more for style than self defense.#jeremychristian #theoregonian #murderabilia

Was Jeremy Christian on the Max Like The Joker on the Subway?

I finally got to watch Joker tonight and when he shot those guys on the subway, I immediately thought of Jeremy Christian on the Max. Jeremy has been saying for awhile that he only stabbed those dudes after they circled up on him and wouldn't stop putting hands on him even after he threatened them with a knife. That sounds a lot like what happened to The Joker on the subway. You can watch the scene via YouTube towards the bottom of this page. The scene clearly shows The Joker getting beaten up on the subway because a group of drunk Wall Street types didn't like him laughing non-stop. While he was getting beaten he pulled out a .38 and started shooting them. I don't think anyone would argue that The Joker did not act in self defense. He was being beaten and did what he had to do to avoid further harm to his person. But what if The Joker did not wait for the beating to begin? What if he pulled the gun as soon as he thought they were going to smash him? Jeremy Christian's case is just like that. The only differences being what came out of his mouth to motivate his opponents and the use of a knife instead of a gun. Had he waited to see if they were going to smash him on the Max and then started stabbing, everyone would call that self defense, but doesn't someone have the right to defend themselves before a perceived battery begins? It seems like people are too pre-occupied with what they think was coming out of Jeremy Christian's mouth to care whether or not he was in fear of imminent bodily harm. All The Joker did was laugh non-stop and he got the crap kicked out of him, so perhaps he didn't think he was going to get beat until it happened. If he had been making a bunch of ethnically or religiously insensitive remarks he probably would have seen the beating coming like Jeremy did. People get beat up for all sorts of shit talking all the time. So, if you're talking shit about just about anything to anybody and three random dudes circle up on you in public, you're going to fear for your safety. That is just common sense psychology.#jeremychristian #joker #selfdefense

Olafosito a.k.a. Enviro Doggo Tweeting Tips to Sheriff's Office

Noticed this snitch on Twitter today tweeting the Mulnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Twitter account at MultCoSo with what he appears to believe to be possible evidence of Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson violating the terms of his release by going to Washington D.C. for some sort of protest. The Tweet was discovered while checking Brand24 results for Jeremy Christian. Snitching online by directing social media posts to the official accounts of law enforcement agencies is just like calling the cops even if the tip does not pan out. The psychological state of the snitch is just the same.#envirodoggo #olafosito #joeygibson #patriotprayer #jeremychristian

Jeff Howes Compares Shoves to Wiffle Balls and Knives to Guns

"If someone throws a Wiffle ball at you, are you allowed to pull out a .44 Magnum and blow their head off?" - Jeff Howes Any reasonable person would answer "no" to that question because a wiffle ball is completely harmless. Three grown men, one of which has military training, and another showing that he will use force on you even if you have a knife out to deter him, are something any reasonable person would feel threatened by. Comparing a wiffle ball to a group of people circling up on someone and shoving him even after he pulled a knife hoping to deter them from further physicality, is not proportional at all. Nor is it appropriate to compare a Coast Rapid Response pocket-knife to a .44 magnum. This is a horrible analogy to use in voir dire to discuss proportionality. It is not proportional at all to what Jeremy Christian is accused of. What's next? If someone flicks you on the forehead do you have the right to drop a nuclear bomb on them? Give me a break. I'm not saying that Jeremy's response could not have been more proportional than it was, but it certainly was not proportional to this question. Throwing a wiffle ball at someone is harassment. Circling up on someone and intimidating him is simple assault. In the 9th Circuit simple assault has been defined as, "either a willful attempt to inflict injury upon the person of another, or by a threat to inflict injury upon the person of another which, when coupled with an apparent present ability, causes a reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm." United States v. Chapman, 528 F.3d at 1219-20 (quoting Unites States v. Dupree, 544 F.2d 1050, 1051 (9th. Cir. 1976)). Jeremy Christian had a reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm when three men circled up on him. Anyone would be intimidated by three strangers getting in their face like that. The court elaborated in United States v. Acosta-Sierra, 690 F.3d 1111 (9th. Cir. 2011) that the victim of simple assault does not need to be put in actual danger. The law "recognizes the importance of protecting individuals from the mental disturbance of being put in reasonable apprehension of bodily harm...For this latter type of assault, one does not need to be put in actual danger...Even if one is only put in reasonable apprehension of imminent harm, the 'suffering is the same in the one case as in the other, and the breach of the peace is the same.'" (citations omitted). So, according to this one can commit the crime of simple assault by getting into someone's face and intimidating that person. Whether or not that person was orating in a racially insensitive matter is irrelevant. That only goes to motive and increases the likelihood that the three men that got in his face to intentionally caused Jeremy Christian reasonable apprehension of harm. Now, was Jeremy Christian defending himself? Most people use their hearts to answer this question and not their minds. The Acosta-Sierra court cited United States v. Urena, 659 F.3d 903 (9th. Cir. 2011) which addressed self defense in the context of excessive force by a law enforcement officer, "(1) a reasonable belief that the use of force was necessary to defend himself or another against the immediate use of unlawful force and (2) the use of no more force than was reasonably necessary in the circumstances." That second part is Jeremy's biggest challenge. To prove self defense I think he can show that some force from that last shove was necessary, but he is going to have a hard time defending the targeting of the throats. Most people, if they were going to use a weapon at all, probably would have gone for just enough of a flesh wound to allow them to escape. This is where some diminished capacity comes in. His mental state should lower this from a murder charge to manslaughter.#jeffhowes #jeremychristian #assault

Making Inmates with Serious Injuries Quit Their Pain Meds Cold Turkey

Has it ever occurred to Deputies Brian Beardsley, Andrew Grundmann, and others that maybe when an inmate with a broken arm is cut off his pain medication cold turkey that the only paperwork he should receive is a prescription? Apparently not, I got the attached write-up for flipping out on medical due to the extreme amount of pain that I was in. Eventually DHO Tressa Kavachevic gave me 10 days of lockdown. Of course none of this would have happened if Dr. Michael Seale had not been deliberately indifferent to my serious medical needs. For starters they won't give people anything stronger than Norco no matter what the ER says, delay taking people to follow-ups for weeks, and don't even give them a new sling when one is recommended by their own in-house ortho Brook Holter I'm not going to say that I was not disrespectful to staff by starting my medical request form (MRF) with "MOTHERFUCKERS" but given the fact that I was being cut-off an opioid that they gave me cold turkey after 5 weeks they should have cut me a little slack.#multnomahcountyjail #tressakovachevich #brianbeardsley

Consistencies Between Jeremy Christian and Walia Mohamed's Statements

When Jeremy Christian showed me Chapter 10 of "American Hate: Survivors Speak Out" I was surprised to see that some of Walia Mohamed's statements were actually consistent with Jeremy's statements. Statements that Jeremy made during his psychological evaluation and to me personally. In support of this posting I am providing a link to excerpts from American Hate and I am uploading a copy of Jeremy Christian's psychological evaluation. In his evaluation, Jeremy Christian first told Dr. Mark Cunningham, "You don't like free speech? Move to Saudi Arabia and see how that works - get your head cut off!" That sounds a lot like things Jeremy would say at the jail along the lines of "If you don't like free speech, then get out[of America]!" According to Dr. Cunningham, Jeremy described the statement that provoked the final confrontation on the train as, "You guys want to hear my plan for world peace? If you want world peace, all you have to do is get one billion Christians and one billion Muslims to kill each other, then all the Jews will kill themselves because they will have no one left to manipulate!" Fast forward to Chapter 10 of "American Hate" where Walia Mohamed described Jeremy Christian as saying, "Go back to Saudi Arabia" and "He was yelling stuff about Muslims and Christians as well." Notice the overlapping statements. First that Jeremy admits saying "Move to Saudi Arabia" if you don't like free speech and saying things about killing Muslims. Second that Walia says that Jeremy was saying stuff about Christians in addition to Muslims. In my experience working with the injustice system I have learned that the prosecution has one story, the defense has another, and 99% of the time the truth can be found somewhere in between. A crowded commuter train is not the best environment to hear everything that is being said by anyone no matter how loud they are. It is entirely possible that Jeremy did say what he says he said and that Walia did not hear what he really said or does not recall exactly what he said. When I read that chapter at the jail I realized that it is entirely possible that Jeremy said what he told Dr. Cunningham he said and that Walia thinks she heard what she says she heard. By all accounts it sounds like Micah Fletcher was sitting some distance from Jeremy. There are several parts of what Jeremy says he said that Micah could have heard and gotten the wrong message. The statements "move to Saudi Arabia" and "Muslims to kill each other" could easily be interpreted by someone in Micah's position as something advocating for the death of Muslims and possibly telling Muslims to move to Saudi Arabia. That is why I am really curious to see what the videos of the incident reveal. This whole thing could be a tragic misunderstanding. When things happen as fast as they did on the train, people rarely recall them accurately. I must admit that I recently had to admit that my version of events in a pending lawsuit of mine were not entirely accurate after viewing video footage. I spend years thinking things happened a certain way and was shocked to find out that wasn't the case. The likelihood of Walia and Jeremy both remembering things accurately months or years later is quite small. I doubt anyone that was a passenger on that train heard everything Jeremy said and if they did I doubt they would remember it all later. That is why in marketing class they tell you to always remember that people forget 98% of what they see on TV. Only the videos can tell people what really happened and the police have released none of them. If the videos are so incriminating why not release them early on or at least release the parts that don't show graphic violence? I am not calling Walia, Micah, or Jeremy liars. I am just saying that something does not sit right with me about this case. For one I find it hard to believe that everyone would get so pissed off at Jeremy if all he did was as he says in his psych eval. That would however better explain him feeling justified as acting in self defense, but at the same time it weakens the argument that he feared for his safety because he had just said a bunch of stuff that someone is likely to get their ass kicked for saying. I can see him saying just what he says and people thinking he was saying something else. Then you have Micah recognizing him from a free speech rally where people think he was saying racist things, but the video of it I have seen does not contain any racist statements. Jeremy explains his Nazi salute as saying something like "hail free speech" while mocking both sides of the Antifa/Trump dispute. That sounds like something he would do. It would not make him a white supremacist. Jeremy has repeatedly accused Demetria Hester of falsely accusing him of claiming to be a neo-Nazi the day before the stabbing. There was an incident that's for sure, but again statistically speaking the truth is somewhere between what he says and what she says. If Hester is lying and only along for the ride hoping to jump on the anti-Jeremy bandwagon she wouldn't be the first black person to falsely accuse him of stuff since the stabbing. Inmate Aundre Dupree Mills falsely accused Jeremy of assaulting him at the jail, charges were filed, and later dropped. I personally heard Deputy Frazier (a black man) make a statement supporting Jeremy's argument in that case saying that Mills has a history of making false allegations against other inmates. I have never heard Jeremy make any white supremacist statements or start problems with black people at the jail. I have seen a number of people come in and start issues with Jeremy. Usually they think he is a white supremacist because of what they heard on the news and don't care what his side is. One guy even said he was in the same Army unit with Ricky Best and got arrested on purpose hoping to take out Jeremy. They just put in ear plugs and tee off on him. I'll get into details about the differences between Jeremy and real white supremacists in a future post. #jeremychristian #waliamohamed #micahfletcher #destineemangum

Jeremy Christian Trial: Expect Systematic Victim White-Washing

Expect the systematic white-washing of crime victims to be on full display at the Jeremy Christian trial later this month. The systematic white-washing of named victims in criminal cases is a common practice that the Mulnomah County District Attorney's Office (MCDA) has engaged in for a long time. What is victim white-washing? It is the idea that once someone is named as a victim in a criminal case that they can do no wrong. Before addressing victim white-washing in the Jeremy Christian case, I'm summarizing my own experience with this practice. Several years ago I had a stalker that was harassing my family and myself. This stalker did things like make a bogus 911 call accusing me of holding hostages at the home of a relative and the police responded in force until they talked to that relative and realized that it was a false alarm. They may have even sent the SWAT/CERT Team or at least I think the radio transcript said they were on standby. This person doxed my entire family and encouraged people to harass them because they could not get to me. I had a prime suspect, but no solid proof. When I found that proof I sent an ultimatum implying that I would use violent force if that person did not discontinue their course of conduct. When the conduct resumed I sent a death threat. A couple days later I was arrested by the Warrant Strike Team and held on $1,000,000 bail before being indicted in federal court and held without bail. I eventually received a two year prison sentence for using a mechanism of interstate commerce (the internet) to make a death threat. As I sat in jail for the first time I was convinced it would only be a matter of time until the government would call me the real victim. That never happened. Instead they white-washed everything my stalker had done, used it as proof of emotional distress inflicted on my stalker as a result of my lawful business practices, and at one point even called swatting my relative "reasonable under the circumstances." Those circumstances were just that I would not remove a posting about that person from a website. That was all. The lesson I learned was that as long as law enforcement in this area names someone as a victim and sympathizes with anything they did, they will support them no matter what they did even if they committed crimes against the defendant. All one needs to do to gain their sympathy is prove that if they were in the same position they would have felt the same way. They need not prove that they would have done the same thing. Just that they would have felt justified doing it. A good way to do that is by getting they to say repeatedly that someone did stuff they wish they could arrest them for. At that point the real victim that was not breaking any laws at first becomes the criminal even if they can prove that the other person broke the law first. Fast forward to Jeremy Christian's confrontation with Antifa activist Micah Fletcher on a Max train in 2017. There was a point at which both had exchanged pushes and Jeremy Christian had pulled out a knife. By all accounts Micah shoved Jeremy again and Jeremy started slashing. In the end Micah was almost killed by a stab wound to the neck and two guys were dead with similar stab wounds because they had gotten up to support Micah. Now in Micah's defense he is on the autism spectrum, people on the spectrum take things more literally than most people, and Christian did yell, "hit me again!" A normal person would not have viewed that as a request to hit Christian, but someone like Micah could have. A normal person would have viewed that as a warning that if anyone hit or shoved him again that he would stab them. Despite that Micah shoved him again anyway. I think that was a stupid decision, ballsy, but stupid. Ballsy enough to say that I respect him even though I later become Jeremy's neighbor and friend in jail. Still, if I were in Jeremy's position I would have felt threatened by Micah's shove because by doing that he was demonstrating that he wanted to shove him so bad that even threatening him with a knife was not enough to stop him. I can't say that I would not have reacted in a similar fashion to how Jeremy did, but I do doubt that even with a piece of steel like Jeremy's Coast Rapid Response Knife, I could not have stabbed three grown men in the neck. Then again Jeremy probably though the same thing before he tried it. I probably would have aimed for the thighs so that I could make my way for an exit without being chased. That brings us to the proportionality issue which is Jeremy's biggest problem beyond the poisoning of the jury pool and the emotion factor. In terms of proportionality this case reminds me of the State of Oregon vs. Michael Lytsell. I met Mikey at the Columbia County Jail while on a United States Marshal (USM) hold in my threat case. At the time Mikey was charged with murder and like Jeremy insisted he was defending himself. Mikey described to me a guy coming up on him at a party, telling the guy to back up, and when he came at him again he shot him. Eventually the DA offered him a plea deal to manslaughter and he took it. He received a sentence of just over 19 years. I think that under the circumstances of Jeremy's case, if the MCDA were to offer Jeremy a manslaughter plea that he would take. I would if I were him. I wouldn't risk spending the rest of my life in prison even though Jeremy's response was more proportional than Mikey's. I say that because Mikey was not outnumbered and a gun is of course worse than a knife. On top of that Jeremy has a metal plate in his face that carries with it the possibility of serious injury or death in a fist fight, he has PTSD, and a history of getting beat up in fights when outnumbered. Those factors in my opinion favor at most a charge of manslaughter and a lesser sentence than what Mikey got because again Jeremy was outnumbered and has those other reasons to experience more fear than the average person. Now back to the victim white washing. As far as the MCDA is concerned Micah Fletcher can do no wrong and has never made any mistakes in his life whatsoever. As far as the MCDA is concerned Micah Fletcher is perfect in every way. In fact, the separation of church and state is probably the only thing keeping them from calling him the second coming. Micah could shout death threats and insults at Jeremy from the gallery on a daily basis, vandalize his parents' house, and torch Jeremy's comic books without facing any consequences whatsoever. Then the MCDA would use that behavior against Jeremy as proof of emotional distress suffered by Micah. The jury would most likely buy that argument because the average idiot that isn't smart enough to get out of jury duty does not know that all crime victims are systematically white washed. They know that the MCDA has a duty to seek the truth and punish unlawful conduct by any party in a case no matter what their status, but they don't know that the MCDA actively refuses to uphold the law when the victim of a crime is a defendant in a criminal proceeding and the perpetrator of that crime is a named victim in a proceeding. Now, I am not accusing Micah Fletcher of doing anything illegal. What I mean to say is that because of the MCDA's practice of systematic white washing, you can't believe what they say about crime victims in general when that victim is accused of doing anything wrong in a case. The Jeremy Christian trial is being prosecuted by Donald Nathan Rees and Jeffrey Alan Howes. Rees obtained the first indictment in my threat case and I recall reading an email in my discovery from Rees to my stalker explaining that he would be having Kevin Demer take over due to Demer's familiarity with the circumstances. Those circumstances included prosecuting someone for my stalker in the past. That should have been enough to keep Demer off the case, but again the MCDA is not an objective organization.#donrees #jeffhowes #jeremychristian #victimhoodculture #antifa

Jail Incident Reports Treated as Credible by Mainstream Press

In an article written today by KGW about the upcoming Jeremy Christian trial, she seems to be giving credibility to incident reports written by jail deputies at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) even though anyone that knows anything about that place can tell you that nine times out of ten those reports contain false information. Usually those reports include complete fabrications by deputies that just want to make sure the inmate is punished how they wish. In this case Deputy Gretchen Rosa is quoted as saying that Jeremy Christian told her that he slashes throats for a living. An outrageous claim since nobody has ever accused Christian of making money by slashing throats. He just gets free room and board for it, which is hardly a living. Deputy Ryan Cook also accused Christian of making some kind of racist comment about another deputy. Did Christian do these things? I don't know, I was not there, but that is not the point. The point is that deputies at MCDC lie all the time. They lie so much that nobody should treat anything they say as fact. If they didn't lie all the time why don't the cameras at MCDC record? Why don't the deputies wear body cameras? The answer to both questions is that having proof of what really happens there is such a liability to the county that nothing the DA's office could gain from such tapes outweighs the risk. They act as if having a disciplinary officer review the reports substantiates them somehow, but that is really just a rubber stamp. For example I personally got found guilty by the hearings officer of assaulting deputies based solely on their word. Subsequent criminal charges were later dismissed because they had no proof of any of the injuries they claimed to have suffered. There were of course some truths to the incident reports, but in all my time as an inmate there I never got a report that did not include some false information planted to make adjudicating me guilty easier. What is really scary here is that the MCSO has their own little dungeon where they can lock you up and say you did anything while you were in there. Then it is just your word versus theirs usually. I was lucky in my last case because their lies were proven false by a medical expert. It could have easily swung the other way if they had done a thing or two differently, but then again if they were smart they wouldn't be jail guards. I really wish that the mainstream press in Portland would take a serious look at the lies of their local sheriff's department, but like most people that have never done time they live in a bubble. A bubble where they spend their entire lives thinking that police are the good guys. Every once and awhile they step outside that bubble to look at reality, but not nearly enough. It looks like today's article was based on an earlier report as seen in the video below. The video starts by showing a write up from Diana Bull. In it former Sheriff Bernie Giusto is interviewed about the reports but nobody questions their credibility.#multnomahcountyjail #gretchenrosa #ryancook #jeremychristian #kgw

Old Dr Phil Video of Malheur Snitch Barbara Berg Surfaces Online

Noticed a Facebook post recently that claimed to have found an old video of a snitch from the #OregonStandoff on the Dr. Phil show discussing her history as a drug addict. Her name is Barbara Berg and according to this article https://ift.tt/2uSo80R she did in fact testify for the feds against several people that were arrested for protesting peacefully at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. What really hit home for me was Tom Lacovara's statement about how low the Feds will go to get witnesses. In this case they used a drug addict that neglected her kids, hit them, left them alone to get high, and basically did everything a stereotypical tweaker does. This hit home for me because I once lost a pre-trial release motion based entirely on the lies of a tweaker inmate that made up a bunch of stuff trying to get transferred to a different facility. This whole thing is disturbing. The fact that federal law enforcement in this area becomes so focused on their goal that they don't care what they have to do to accomplish it. How can the Feds use someone like this as a witness and still claim to have integrity?#barbaraberg #malheurwildliferefuge #drphil #facebook

Exclusive: Jeremy Christian Murder Weapon Customer Testimonial

"I killed two commies like butter thanks to the patented smooth assist technology of my Coast Rapid Response pocket-knife." -Jeremy Joseph Christian (Accused Murderer). In the summer of 2017 accused murderer Jeremy Joseph Christian gave the founder of CopBlaster.com an exclusive customer testimonial for the Coast Rapid Response Blade-Assist Knife that he used to kill two people and seriously injure a third, on a crowded Max commuter train just a couple of months earlier. The CopBlaster.com founder got the idea for the testimonial while Jeremy was showing him some if his paperwork in the 4C housing unit at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) where both men were housed as inmates. He noticed a screenshot from the website of Coast Knives showing a Coast Rapid Response Knife and a picture of a Coast Rapid Response Knife in evidence. Realizing that He could probably use an affiliate program to promote the knife without needing permission from the knife company, he pitched the idea of making Jeremy Christian a spokesman. Originally his testimonial was just, "I killed two commies like butter." He tried to change it to other things such as, "like a hot knife through butter" or "kills commies quick," but the Cop Blaster like the first one better. Still, it needed more. It needed to include the name of the product and something unique about the product. He looked at the Coast website screenshot again and noticed several things that would be useful in a product testimonial. The page talked about patented "Smooth Assist Technology", and the "Max Lock", so he suggested that Jeremy amend his testimonial to end with "thanks to that patented smooth assist technology of my Coast Rapid Response pocket-knife." Jeremy agreed and the Cop Blaster eventually took the testimonial home with him. The publication of the testimonial was delayed until it was time for his trial because people would probably be more interested in it then. Now that his trial starts in a week here it is. Is this advertisement in poor taste? Posting this ad was debated given the circumstances of the case from which the testimonial is derived. Ultimately, it was concluded that nothing available on the internet better demonstrates the capabilities of this product than Jeremy Christian's story. He used the product as designed. Coast Rapid Response Knives are designed to be deployed in combat quickly and inflict maximum damage on the enemy. Christian deployed his Coast knife so quickly and used it so effectively that he killed two men in a matter of seconds while drunk. It is hard to think of any pocket-knife being that effective. Other pocket-knives might have gotten stuck or are just harder to deploy in a pinch for other reasons. A lesser knife may have been too dull or too weak to cause "a fracture of the C1 vertebrae from the impact." Personally, the Cop Blaster wishes he had one of those knives. Unfortunately, as the charges against Jeremy show, possessing one of those as a convicted felon is a legal liability, so he does not have one. If you watch the video on this page you can see just how quickly and easily it can be used. Reminiscent of a switch blade in some ways. If you want to buy one just click on the link on this page that says "Buy Your Own Coast Rapid Response Knife" located to the left of the map on a desktop or above the map on a mobile device, and beneath the jail address. CopBlaster.com is not affiliated with Coast Products. CopBlater.com signed up for a revenue sharing program with a vendor that sells Coast Products and receives a percentage for every order sold by that vendor.#jeremychristian #multnomahcountyjail #coastproducts #murderabilia

My 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition was stolen by Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) deputies Charlotte Hasson and Gregory Mansoff at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in February of 2013. It was originally stolen by Mansoff so I filed a grievance. The grievance was answered by Deputy Hasson with a statement that Mansoff had stolen the magazine on her orders. She also stated that the magazine would not be stored in my property, so according to them it was not only stolen but destroyed. During my time at MCDC from June of 2012 until March of 2013 I subscribed to Sports Illustrated. I was really looking forward to the swimsuit edition because it always has the best articles. Eventually I was transferred to the Columbia County Jail and to the Federal Bureau of Prisons where inmates had magazines such as Maxim and Curves. The MCSO seem to be the only organization I have encountered that don't let inmates have that kind of material.#multnomahcountyjail #charlottehasson #gregorymansoff #theft

Lawsuit Reveals Possible Brady Violation in Old Prosecution

I recently received discovery from Multnomah County in my lawsuit against Multnomah County and several county employees including deputy Timothy "Bubba" Barker and his wife CMA Erika Barker. That discovery appears to contain a Brady Violation committed by Assistant United States Attorney Gregory Ralph Nyhus in United States v. Sullivan, case number 3:17-CR-00306-JGZ (District of Oregon 2017). A Brady Violation occurs when the prosecution withholds exculpatory or impeaching information from defense counsel in a criminal case. In this case I had never before seen the email communication between Erika Barker and Tressa Kovachevich dated August 14, 2017 until I was reviewing the initial discovery from the county in my lawsuit. I should have seen this email with the discovery turned over by Nyhus in 2017, but I never did. If this information was not given to my defense team then Nyhus committed a Brady Violation. It is however entirely possible that my defense team received it and did not to share it with me. Why would this be a Brady Violation? Because the email could be used at trial to impeach the testimony of Timothy and Erika Barker. The impeachment value comes in the form of Timothy Barker handling his wife's business at the jail. In my criminal case I was charged with several counts of assaulting federal officers in the form of Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) deputies working at the jail under contract with the United States Marshals (USM). People often ask, how are they federal employees? They are not, but under the law they are protected the same because they are federally funded to assist federal agencies. The incident began with a dispute between myself and Erika Barker in which I was disrespectful and threatened to dox her on this website. The incident ended with Timothy Barker breaking my are intentionally after removing me from the housing unit and placing me in the hole. I always wondered why Barker acted the way he did when all I did to him was throw some chips in his face when he entered the cell before taking me to the hole. When I found out that the he was Erika's husband it all made sense. Timmy a.k.a. Bubba handled her business for her. This email between Erika and Kovachevich establishes a pattern of Timothy Barker handling his wife's business at the jail. The circumstances leading to the email were strikingly similar to the ones that led to Bubba breaking my arm. They started with me disrespecting Erika. This time I disrespected her by sending her a Medical Request From (MRF) mentioning that when Bubba was on top of me I could not breathe and asking her how she can breathe when he is on top of her. This time instead of assaulting me, Bubba handled her business by writing me an incident report on her behalf even though she really should have been the one to write me up. The main message that Kovachevich sent to Erika read, "FYI...regarding the attached report and issuance for Sullivan. It would be more appropriate and cleaner as far as procedures go if Tim was not involved in a misconduct that has to do with Erika." Erika responded in part, "Tim and I asked that exact question last night. We asked if it could be done by someone else, but Monahan said that Tim should write it because he was implemented by Sullivan in the MRF and because we had a time restraint as we're on vacation for the following ten days." I later received an incident report written by Tim Barker. Funny thing is that thanks to all their back and forth bickering I was not served with the report in time, so the hearings officer had to throw it out. Had Erika just handled it herself I would have been in trouble.#gregnyhus #timothybarker #erikabarker #bradyviolations

Enrique Suave is Really Deputy Tom Jacobs on Facebook

Enrique Suave on Facebook is not who he says he is. He really is Deputy Tom Jacobs of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). I know him personally from when I was an inmate at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) and he threw me in hole for exercising my First Amendment rights. Last summer I was researching MCSO Facebook pages and stumbled on a profile under the name Enrique Suave and instantly recognized Jacobs. My sympathies to anyone he might be catfishing with this profile.#tomjacobs #enriquesuave #multnomahcountyjail #facebook

Federal Bureau of Prisons Use of Force Policy Statement

This .pdf is a copy of the Federal Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Use of Force Policy Statement also known as Policy Statement 5566.06. This is the document used by corrections staff in federal prisons to justify abusing inmates. The way it works is simple. They just make sure to follow the policy or change their story to make it sound like they were following the policy.#governmentforms #bopdocuments

Jamed Kame Ruined My Fake Poop Bomb Prank

I remember the time Multnomah County Sheriff's Deputy James Kame foiled my attempt to fake poop bomb medical technician Shannon Spahan during pill pass in the hole at the Multnomah County Detention Center. Inmates, especially ones in the hole, have a long history of throwing feces at staff, so when Shannon was doing rounds I had a surprise with him. A soaked paper bag shaped like a turd in a cup, but James Kame ruined it by making me show him my hands before he would open the food port. If it were not for him I would have probably put a good scare into Shannon. The plan was to act like I was throwing it through the food port but then stop and show him that it was just wet brown paper.#jameskame #shannonspahan #multnomahcountyjail

Professional Snitch Paul Skalnik and Former Police Officer

Former cop Paul Skalnik is one of the country's most notorious jailhouse snitches. After just 14 months as a police officer for the Austin Police Department Skalnik spent the rest of his life as a career criminal, con artist, and alleged sex offender. He recently was quoted in a lengthy expose as saying, "I still do have law enforcement inside of me." Skalnik is a typical jailhouse snitch. A criminal at heart he spent his life getting busted, learning all he could about the people he was locked up with, and offering to testify against them if he got a light sentence. What is scary is that the State of Florida just might execute James Dailey based on a conviction largely based on Skalnik's word.#paulskalnik #jamesdailey

The Empty Title of SHU Property Officer at FCI Sheridan

When I was at FCI Sheridan, Officer Blake Ball was a man with an empty title. That title was "SHU Property Officer." Technically the SHU Property Officer was supposed to help inmates in the Special Housing Unit get their property, but it seemed like 9 times out of 10 the SHU Property Officer would be pulled off the job and made to fill other positions at the prison. As a result it could take over a month for inmates to get their stuff even if they were pre-trial detainees needing to work on their case. This was not Ball's fault though. He did the job just fine when he was allowed to.#fcisheridan #shu #blakeball

Uwe Pemberton Falsely Accused Me of Threatening To Put Out a Hit

Multnomah County Deputy Uwe Pemberton falsely accused me of threatening to put out hit on medical technician Erika Barker at the Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC). I did threaten to post her information on this website, but I never threatened her life. This lie by Pemberton helped people believe the lies of the other staff members involved in this incident. It is common for correctional officers to add false information to incident reports to make their conduct look more justified, help the prosecution in court, etc.#uwepemberton #multnomahcountyjail #liars #erikabarker

Deputy Stephen Pina Accused Me of "Cyber Terrorism" Without a Computer

Lieutenant Stephen Pina falsely accused me of "cyber terrorism" in 2017 even though he knew that I was in jail and did not have access to the internet. He did not go into specifics in his email to Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Detective Kevin Odil, he just said, "Hello, more Cyber terrorism from inmate Sullivan, Cyrus #677564. FYI." I don't know what prompted this exactly because it was almost three years ago, but due to the circumstances at the time I guess it probably involved me threatening to speak out against his co-workers on this website. What is Cyberterrorism? According to one source, cyberterrorism is the "the premeditated use of disruptive activities or the threat thereof against computers or networks with the intention to cause harm." Last I checked threatening to use your own computer to speak out against someone is not a disruptive activity against your computer or your network. In fact, I would go a step further and say that it is not possible for someone to launch a cyber-terrorist attack against their own website. Even if I were threatening to use someone else's computer or network for such activities that would not be cyberterrorism unless it disrupted or threatened to disrupt their service somehow.#stephenpina #multnomahcountyjail #cyberterrorism #kevinodil

Former Oregon State Defensive End Latu Moala Now Correctional Officer

Former Oregon State University (OSU) defensive end Latu Moala went from trying to sack quarterbacks to sacking inmates by becoming a correctional officer with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). Moala played for the OSU Beavers in 2008 and 2009 during which his stats show that he was credited with 16 tackles (6 solo, 11 assisted) and 0 sacks. Despite his limited tackling experience Moala proved himself qualified to work as a correctional officer and remains one to this day. Oregon State football was actually pretty good back then. In 2008 they posted a 10-3 record and in 2009 they were 8-5. Both years they were just one win away from a PAC-10 title and a trip to the Rose Bowl, but lost the Civil War games to the Oregon Ducks 65-38 in 2008 and 37-33 in 2009. That 65 point total was the most points ever scored against the Beavers until Oregon posted 70 in the 2017 Civil War. The 2009 Civil War marked a turning point for both programs after which good recruits only went to Oregon. The Beavers have been bad ever since. Moala is also an amatuer musician having posted several videos of himself on YouTube playing a guitar.#latumoala #multnomahcountyjail #oregonstatebeavers

Who is in Charge of Classification at the Multnomah County Jails?

Who is in charge of classification at the Mulnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) and Multnomah County Inverness Jail (MCIJ)? I recall that Sergeant Steven Billesbach was working in classification a couple years ago, but I don't know if he still does or if he was in charge. I wouldn't be able to tell you who else works in classification because both of the requests that I have from classification do not identify who responded. One says something like "Jarmer" under name but the DPSST number is illegible and none of my attempts to look it up resulted in a name like that. Not that it really answers to question of who is in charge of classification? That is an important question to answer for anyone with questions about classification. The people that answer classification questions do nothing to explain the reasons why inmates are housed where they are except to say that they consider the housing appropriate. When asked why they never justify it. This is quite frustrating for inmates that are in administrative segregation and ask to go to general population. They just refuse to move you, don't say why, or provide options to get out of segregation. As a result you've lucky to get out of your cell for more than two hours a day.#stevenbillesbach #multnomahcountyjail #classification

Who Censors Mail at the Multnomah County Jail?

Whoever censors the mail at the Mulnomah County Jail does a good job protecting themselves from grievances or being profiled on this website. I received this confiscated mail form in 2017 after someone tried to send me screenshots of this website. The mail was rejected for being "inflammatory material" that somehow threatens the safety of others. Apparently knowing about this website, seeing pictures of it, and reading the content is not a safe activity for inmates according to someone. Who is that person? Their signature as you can see is just a scribble. It looks like they are trying to make sure the pen has ink in it. Then the DPSST number is illegible, so there is absolutely no way of knowing who signed this.#multnomahcountyjail #censorship

Chief Deputy Derrick Peterson's Failure to Practice What He Preaches

Chief Deputy Derrick Peterson was quoted in a brief Facebook video as saying that good leadership can be described in one word, "integrity." Yet Peterson himself does little to scrutinize the integrity of those under his command. For instance, in 2017 he was given a use of force package to review. It was sent to him for review by Captain Jeffery Wheeler, "Due only to the nature of the injury to the inmate." Peterson responded with one sentence, "I have reviewed the Use of Force packet." That is the end of his review. How great it must be for a deputy to know that if an inmate suffers a serious injury their commanding officer will scrutinize the integrity of their statements simply by claiming to have reviewed the incident reports. Just stating that he reviewed the incident without any opinion as to the incident reports he claims to have reviewed does nothing to assure the integrity of his subordinates or the quality of their leadership. If good leadership can be summed up in one word as integrity, then Peterson does not nurture an environment that fosters good leadership. Perhaps if Peterson actually reviewed incident reports by his staff in depth and questioned the integrity of their statements, his subordinates would not feel free to injure inmates and make up stories to justify the injuries. If they knew that their statements would be reviewed to make sure that they were written by men with integrity they probably would not lie as much.#derrickpeterson #multnomahcountyjail #jefferywheeler

Captain Jeffery Wheeler Rules MCDC with a Rubber Stamp

Captain Jeffrey Wheeler runs that Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in Portland, Oregon with a rubber stamp for the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). Proof of this stamp can be found in the .pdf uploaded with this report. Wheeler reviews incident reports for an incident that he has no firsthand knowledge of and concludes that the truth must be an aggregate summary of conflicting allegations. Wheeler conducts no meaningful review. He just reads the rubber stamp provided by Captain Kurtiss Morrison and writes a slightly shorter spin of it. Wheeler's summary never mentions things like conflicting statements as to whether or not what was thrown at them was powder or chips. That is significant since one version provided by deputies alleges the throwing of pre-powdered spicy chips in a manner intended to blind deputies. Another deputy says that she heard chips hit the wall and that she slipped on the chips on the floor. Whether or not this incident was an ambush is clearly in dispute according to the deputies' own statements, but you wouldn't be able to tell that from Wheeler's summary. He also endorses an explanation of the inmate's broken arm that makes no sense. The deputies claim to have broken the arm on the fifth floor but also say that the inmate never complained of pain until after being taken to the fourth floor. A lay person can conclude that a broken arm, especially the largest bone on the left arm being broken in half, is an extremely painful injury that no human being could hide. Had the injury been inflicted as Wheeler's summary suggests, then the inmate would have complained of the pain on the fifth floor. Rubber stamp review practices like this just enable bad deputies to abuse inmates knowing that their superiors won't scrutinize their side of the story.#jefferywheeler #multnomahcountyjail
