Portland Police Slashing Tires of Peaceful Unsuspecting Vehicles

Portland Police have been slashing tires and smashing windows of unsuspecting vehicles at protests this week. Tonight they were caught on camera slashing tires of a the Black Lives Matter snack van at a protest near the east precinct. The van was clearly creeping along at a snail's pace when officers started telling pedestrians to get away from it so that they could slash all four tires. The legality of this is questionable at best since the van clearly posted no threat to the officers. This was not like a high speed pursuit where they would be justified laying down spike strips. This was literally just a van full of snacks slowly rolling down the street in the direction that the PPB told everyone to go. Earlier this week, journalist Zippy Lomax's car was violently assaulted by the police in southeast Portland (see source link above article). That incident was also caught on camera and like the snack van, Lomax's car was moving very slowly down the street in the direction the police wanted it to go. In that case they smashed out her back window with a baton before slashing all four tires. She told reporters that she is now traumatized because of the incident. Portland Police Chief Chuck Lovell avoided addressing Lomax's vehicle specifically when questioned by a local TV station. Lovell just said that in general, officers might disable a vehicle that poses some sort of danger to them. Is this the new normal for the Portland Police? Is every vehicle in motion near a protest in danger of having all four of its tires slashed? Chad Wolf Tells Senate That Federal Officers Have NOT Left Portland

Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf testified before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee today about the army of federal officers that continue to occupy Portland, Oregon. Despite popular belief that those officers have left Portland, that is not the case. Just because the officers have not been out in plain sight outside the federal courthouse like they were every day before the Oregon State Police (OSP) took over security duties outside that building does not mean that they have left town. They continue to occupy suites at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel and other Marriott properties in Portland (https://ift.tt/3eOHcOO). They are still there just in case Secretary Wolf is not satisfied with the job OSP is doing. Don't believe us? Listen to Chad Wolf in his own words under oath: "As of today the full augmented DHS law enforcement posture remains in Portland. They will continue to remain until we are sure that the Hatfield federal courthouse as well as other federal facilities in Portland will no longer be violently attacked. " - Chad Wolf (see video below at about 29:00) Now, we know what you are thinking, Chad Wolf is a pathological liar so why should you believe anything he says under oath when he violates his oath to America on a daily basis? That is a hard question to answer, but we believe that had they actually left that people would have felt safe to hold large peaceful demonstrations downtown without fearing that doing so would just be used as an excuse by Wolf to justify the continued presence of federal forces in Portland. We believe that protest organizers are afraid of getting attacked by OSP and those attacks being misrepresented by the Trump Administration to justify re-deploying their storm troopers downtown again. We think they are afraid of Wolf saying that OSP did not do their jobs, so now federal officers will be deployed with them and the police presence would then be much higher than it was before Kate Brown agreed to send OSP. As long as federal forces remain in Portland, we will continue to advocate against their presence. Part of that advocacy includes a petition on Change.org called "Ask Marriott to Stop Renting Rooms to Federal Officers" (https://ift.tt/30MbLj8). As of today we have gathered over 3,600 signatures. We hope that if threatened with a boycott that Marriott will kick out these unruly guests. If any other guests were to beat, tear gas, and kidnap people near the hotel, and inspire a massive protest against their presence (https://ift.tt/2OXSWnG) they would be evicted. Be careful if you try to gather any on the ground footage of these goons at the Marriott. One man that lawfully posted the locations of their lodgings and filmed them across the street from the downtown Marriott was arrested and falsely accused of violating a statute that prohibits making publicly available "restricted personal information" even though hotel addresses do not qualify as "restricted personal information" and when one just re-posts information that is already publicly available they cannot be legally considered as having made publicly available what was already publicly available (https://ift.tt/2OXSWnG). We also support further protests outside the private residence of Secretary Wolf himself. On July 26th, a peaceful crowd picketed the residence of Chad Frederick Wolf located at 1509 Crestwood Drive in Alexandria, Virginia demanding that federal officers under his command leave Portland (https://ift.tt/2WZeogb). Protests like that one legitimize the doxing of law enforcement officers because people have a First Amendment right to protest peacefully outside the homes of government officials and people have a First Amendment right to publish the locations where those protests have, will, or should take place. NOTE: We also said at about 25:00 that officers targeted with lasers "may have permanent eye damage" which is important because he did not say that they "do" have permanent damage. People like Wolf use phrases like "may have" to make things look worse without being caught in a flat out lie. Then later if it is shown that the damage was temporary he can say that he only stated that the damage "may have" been permanent. Despite this indication that officers were not permanently damaged by lasers, we still recommend that people not use lasers because some lasers are strong enough to cause permanent eye damage (https://ift.tt/2Z9OOXD). Aurora Colorado Police Chief Vanessa Wilson Has a Mess on Her Hands

In one of her first interviews as the new official Chief of the Aurora Police Department, Vanessa Wilson said she is "looking for all the help I can get to try and move us forward and actually have legitimacy again with our community." The problem with that statement is that she served as interim chief for a long time, never did anything meaningful enough to earn legitimacy with her community, and officially making her Chief is just a formality that does not change the power structure that has remained the same since she became interim Chief. As interim Chief, Vanessa Wilson failed to take action against the officers that murdered Elijah McClain (https://ift.tt/2BLu9Ql), only fired one of them (Jason Rosenblatt) when he was caught on camera mocking the murder (https://ift.tt/2BBmW5x), and did nothing more than apologize when several small black children were wrongfully detained by officers last week (https://ift.tt/3fmK9pP). Before becoming interim Chief back in January, Wilson was with the same department for over 20 years. She is a company woman whose appointment as Chief is a slap in the face for everyone calling for change in Aurora. Wilson claims that she understands adversity due to being an openly butch lesbian, but she obviously does not understand it well enough or she would not allow her officers to continue to get away with abusing other minority groups. Her appointment is bad news for all other lesbians that actually do want to help effect change in their communities because she shows that being a lesbian did not help her understand adversity well enough. We have zero faith that her appointment as Chief will serve anything but the status quo. She is basically the APD's token lesbian whose face they are putting forward hoping that by using a minority people might think they support diversity. Stephen Sokoloff Appointed as Special Prosecutor to Hannah Fizer Case

Stephen Sokoloff was appointed as a special prosecutor to review the Hannah Fizer case and hopefully prosecute Pettis County Sheriff's Deputy Jordan Schutte for murder. Sokoloff is general counsel for the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services. Sokoloff was appointed at the request of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip Sawyer in order to maintain an appearance of non-bias on the part of the government. Special prosecutors are not unusual for cases in which one of the people being considered for prosecution works in the law enforcement community. Had Sawyer decided not to prosecute, allegations of corruption would surly follow in the tightly knit town of Sedalia, Missouri where Hannah was murdered and the killer's father was a powerful figure in local law enforcement, a Freemason, and reportedly the "best of friends" with Pettis County Sheriff Kevin Bond. Despite the appointment of a special prosecutor, the law enforcement fraternity in general always looks for excuses not to hold officers accountable. Prince George Officer Brian Newcomer Arrested for Attempted Rape

Brian Charles Newcomer, 36, is a police officer with the Prince George County Police Department and now as of August 3rd is an accused sex offender. Newcomer was charged with attempted rape in the 2nd degree, three counts of assault in the 2nd degree, and false imprisonment. Not much is known about the specifics of the case at this time. It is known that the victim reported the incident on July 31st saying that it had taken place at her home on July 30th. We do not know who the victim is or what relationship if any she had with Newcomer prior to this. Who are the Aurora PD Officers that Tortured & Traumatized Black Kids?

"My name is Officer Hanson, my badge number is 314424" is all we knows about the thugs that wrongfully detained a bunch of little kids on August 2nd in Aurora, Colorado. If you know more about this Officer Hanson and the rest of these morons that pulled a gun on children and detained them like criminals please contact us. We would really like to know their names. As you can see in the video embedded below this article, a good samaritan intervened and called these cops out for their actions. She asked for their business cards but all she got was a guy saying his name is Officer Hanson with badge number 314424. One of the cops kept covering the lens of her camera, so you can't see a lot, but there is plenty to be heard. The police said they were looking for a stolen car, but ended up pulling over the wrong vehicle and traumatizing these poor kids for life. I remember when I was a young boy and my mom got pulled over for speeding, it was really scary for me. I can only imagine how terrified I would have been if the cop pulled his gun, cuffed me, and made my lay on my stomach on the pavement. Despicable only begins to describe how wrong this was. Amber Reeves, 27, of Winter Haven, Florida was arrested in Haines City last night for DUI, possession of less than 20 grams of Marijuana, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia after police spotted her driving on the wrong side of the road. Reeves is a correctional officer with the Florida Department or Corrections, but has only worked there since May. Maybe treating her fellow human beings like animals was too much for her to cope with without drugs and enough alcohol make her blow twice the legal limit.
