Wichita Police officer Chad Spain looked flushed like a lush when he was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving last night. This mugshot featuring his giant head beet red like a red rocket is his reward for now. Spain has been placed on leave pending the outcome of the case but we do not know if he is on paid or unpaid leave. He has been with the department for 23 years. Spain was recently suspended for 15 days after text messages surfaced linking him to a Three Percenters group. According to media reports, Spain was caught making racist and homophobic remarks, joking about beating people up, and circulating an image depicting a black man sitting on George Floyd's head.
