Before the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe vs. Wade earlier this month, Headland Police officer Robert Maddox was charged with murder for killing his unborn child by forcing his wife to undergo an involuntary abortion. Specifically, he was charged with domestic violence and strangulation back in April, but the charges were upped to murder after the government alleged that the assault was carried out for the purpose of forcing a miscarriage. This case could raise important legal questions regarding what rights if any an unborn baby has. Alabama law defines the term "person" for the purpose of treating someone as the victim of a violent crime saying, "The term, when referring to the victim of a criminal homicide or assault, means a human being, including an unborn child in utero at any stage of development, regardless of viability." One could conceivably use this definition to justify charging any woman with murder for getting an abortion at any stage of development regardless of viability. Basically, if you cause the death of an unborn fetus at any stage of development for any reason you have taken the life of a person according to the state of Alabama. What if a woman decides to get an abortion after her first ultrasound reveals that the fetus has no head? Should she be forced to give birth to a headless baby incapable of surviving for any length of time because viability is irrelevant? We wonder what some of the radical feminists we've been corresponding with online since the fake court overturned Roe vs. Wade would think of this case. After hearing about attempts to quell peaceful protests outsides the homes of Supreme Court justices using a draconian law, we have decided to publish the locations of those protests in support of all threatened with prosecution for peacefully protesting outside the homes of judges and other court personnel. Any statue which prohibits citizens from exercising their right to peaceably assemble in public violates the First Amendment. For that reason, we want to make sure that people have the information they need to exercise their rights where they choose. If prosecuted, we urge people to challenge the statute itself for being too broad. 18 U.S.C. 1507 (https://ift.tt/3UXqzv4) sweeps too broadly to withstand a proper constitutional challenge. A statue is unconstitutionally overbroad if its language covers any Constitutionally protected activity. The right to petition the court for a redress of grievances and to peaceably assemble in furtherance of that redress is a right guaranteed to everyone in America by the last part of the First Amendment which says, "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." The draconian statue reads as follows: "Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both." - 18 U.S.C. 1507 The Unconstitutional part reads "or with the intent of influencing" which covers anything you could otherwise legally do while protesting outside someone's home hoping that your voice will be heard and considered. We don't have a problem with the rest of it because Congress has the right to protect court proceedings from being obstructed, impeded, or interfered with because courts need to function, but they cannot legally stop people from attempting to influence the court by peaceably assembling in public. The First Amendment does not allow Congress to pass laws which restrict the right to peaceably protest on public property at all and it certainly does not allow Congress to issue discriminatory edicts based solely on the occupations of those living nearby. The political right is demanding that the Justice Department arrest anyone that protests outside the home of a Supreme Court justice. They are acting as if the Biden administration is behaving inappropriately by not directing federal law enforcement to violate the rights of anyone that peaceably assembles outside the home of a Supreme Court justice. The truth is that the administration likely realizes that enforcing the statute under these circumstances would result in constitutional challenges likely to win. Having an outdated unconstitutional law on the books to deter people is worth more than the risk of losing that statutory protection. When laws like that are applied too broadly then the target can raise an as applied constitutional challenge. As applied challenges are usually more likely to succeed than challenging the statutory language in an effort to find any plausible unconstitutional application. To show our support for all those that exercise their First Amendment right to protest judges outside their homes, here is a list of locations where people have been protesting SCOTUS recently. As always, we ask that nobody use this information for any unlawful purpose. Unlawful purposes do not include violations of laws that are themselves illegal. A law is illegal when its language sweeps so broadly that it proscribes Constitutionally protected activities. When we say "do not use this information for any unlawful purpose" we are only referring to legitimate laws and legitimate applications of those laws. For instance, we are ok with people violating a law which illegally attempts to obstruct their ability to peaceably assemble, but we are not ok with people breaking laws against physically harming people or destroying property while violating the illegal law under these circumstances. Finally, we have noticed that protests outside the homes of government officials are rarely violent even when the protesters are largely the same people known for messing up government buildings. We think that is because people know they are being heard outside homes, don't feel the need to do anything else, and are afraid of being accused of having ill intent. So I will try to make things real simple and easy to understand. James Fisher of Coshocton County Ohio was arrested in Feb 2022 for a burglary charge. The police pulled his vehicle over and some of the stolen items from the home he burglarized had been found in his vehicle. Ok now keep in mind that this has happened after I tell you more. He and I have a mutual friend. Now mind you I have only met James twice. My friend which I will call Sam to keep his identity hidden is friends with James. OK moving on ! So the first time I met James I told my friend Sam that I didnt trust James at all and he seemed like a shiffty ass person. Sam said ehh hes a good guy. I says the way he talks to you Sam I would be damned if I would consider James as a friend. I told Sam honestly I would like to spit in James face. Eventually they had words over a subject that isn't relevant to this story. Sam and James did not speak for a few months. Then outta nowhere James shows up and wants to go buy drugs with Sam. Well Sam trusted James so he did not think anything of the situation. About 2 weeks later Sam is handed an indictment with 2 different aggravated trafficking charges. This isnt all yet I am not done.lol. Unfortunate Yes! Sam was arrested. But the other uncanny thing is that Jame's Burglary charge has been dismissed. Now I do not need think I need to go into much more detail on things for you. Sam is sitting in jail on these charges and awaiting his court date while this sorry ass sack of worthless so called sorry excuse for a friend walks free. We also lack the time and resources to figure out which of the 200 plus names on the list we were given belong to Uvalde Police Department (UPD) personnel. If you feel like taking it upon yourself to figure out which people that were on the Uvalde payroll in 2020 are still employed today and which of those employees are UPD personnel then we recommend that you locate the link above the map on this page which says "List of Uvalde City Employees" and click on it. We thought about doing a copy paste and then giving every current or former city employee the opportunity to remove their name if they provided proof that they are not and have never been a member of the Uvalde Police Department.
